DENVER, Colo., Feb. 4, 2014 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Blackstone Holdings, LLC (Denver, Colo.) has acquired the veterinary division of ImageWorks Corporation/AFP (Elmsford, N.Y.). The new company will operate as ImageWorks Veterinary. Continuing the ‘Made in the USA’ tradition, all operations and manufacturing have been relocated to Colorado.
