Secured Signing Reaches a Major Milestone: Now SOC 2® Type 2 Compliant

Reinforcing Industry-Leading Security Standards for Digital Transactions

MOUNTAIN VIEW, Calif., Feb. 18, 2026 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Secured Signing, a leader in Digital Signatures and Remote Online Notarization (RON) solutions, is proud to announce that it has officially achieved SOC 2® Type 2 compliance. This isn’t just another certificate on the wall. Following a grueling, comprehensive audit by the experts at Sensiba LLP, this achievement serves as a formal, third-party validation of our unwavering commitment to protecting your most sensitive information.

Secured Signing Reaches a Major Milestone: Now SOC 2 Type 2 Compliant

At Secured Signing, security is viewed not merely as a feature, but as the foundation of the entire platform. While many organizations seek Type 1 compliance, a “snapshot” of controls at a single point in time, the Type 2 audit is a more demanding, long-term evaluation. It confirms that Secured Signing’s security systems are not only well-designed but have operated effectively over an extended period.

“Attaining SOC 2 Type 2 compliance is our way of honoring the trust our customers place in us,” says Mike Eyal, CEO of Secured Signing. “It proves that we don’t just ‘talk the talk’ we live these security standards every single day to ensure the integrity of every document processed through our platform.”

WHAT THIS MEANS FOR OUR CUSTOMERS

At Secured Signing, we recognize that our customers entrust us with their most sensitive legal and professional assets. Achieving SOC 2® Type 2 compliance is a testament to that trust, providing independent assurance that every document, signature, and data point is handled with the highest level of integrity.

HERE IS HOW OUR “SECURITY-FIRST” PHILOSOPHY PROTECTS YOUR BOTTOM LINE:

  • Trust That Scales: By choosing Secured Signing for your Digital Signature and Remote Online Notarization (RON) needs, you’re not just buying a tool; you’re gaining a partner. We provide independent assurance required by legal, financial, and government institutions to move fast without compromising safety.
  • The Ultimate Defense for RON: Remote Online Notarizations involve “life event” data—the most sensitive information a person can share. Our SOC 2® Type 2 status provides a battle-tested layer of protection for video recordings, biometric ID verification, and confidential records.
  • Long-Term Data Confidentiality: In an era of evolving cyber threats, our compliance proves that your data is shielded by effective, long-term security measures. We ensure your confidential business assets remain private, yesterday, today, and tomorrow.
  • Hardened Audit Trails: Every signature comes with a story. We protect the metadata and digital audit trails that make your signatures legally binding, ensuring they are admissible and tamper-proof in any jurisdiction.

THE BEGINNING OF A NEW STANDARD

While we are incredibly proud of this achievement, we aren’t slowing down. The digital landscape is always changing, and we are committed to staying three steps ahead. We will continue to invest in the latest deepfake-resistant technology and identity verification to ensure we remain the most trusted name in digital transactions.

We want to thank the team at Sensiba LLP for their partnership and, most importantly, you, our customers, for trusting us to protect your most important assets.

Mortgage Machine awarded SOC 2 Compliance Status – AICPA-guided examination shows LOS operates as promised

ADDISON, Texas, Nov. 14, 2024 (SEND2PRESS NEWSWIRE) — Mortgage Machine™ (MMS), the loan origination system of record for digital mortgage pioneer Click n’ Close (formerly known as Mid America Mortgage), has achieved SOC 2® compliance. Independent auditor Sensiba LLP (Sensiba) announced MMS’s successful completion of its System and Organization Controls (SOC) 2 Type II audit in early November.

Developed by the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants (AICPA), the SOC 2 information security audit provides a report on the examination of controls relevant to the trust services criteria categories covering security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality, and privacy.

“Achieving SOC 2 Type II compliance is a significant milestone for Mortgage Machine,” said James Cassinelli, Chief Operating Officer of Mortgage Machine Services. “This certification underscores our commitment to providing top-tier security and peace of mind to our clients. It validates the policies and procedures that we have in place and reinforces the reliable service we offer to our customers.”

As noted by Sensiba, a SOC 2 Type II report describes a service organization’s systems and determines whether the design of specified controls meets the relevant trust service categories. Sensiba reviewed MMS’ system from August 22, 2023, to August 21, 2024.

“MMS’s SOC 2 Type II report did not have any noted exceptions and was therefore issued with a ‘clean’ audit opinion,” according to a public statement issued by Sensiba.

Sensiba’s audit of MMS focused on security, availability, and confidentiality. This means the audit measured how well MMS kept consumers’ information private and how consistently it informed clients of the collection, retention, and disposal of their data.

A SOC 2 report is generally deemed valid for 12 months from the date of its issue. Though there is no expiration date for the report, interested parties may reasonably reject findings that are more than a year old.

Mortgage Machine™ uses intelligent automation, configurable business workflows and a cloud-based infrastructure to optimize the entire loan lifecycle. By consolidating retail, wholesale, correspondent and home equity lending onto a single platform, Mortgage Machine™ enables lenders of all sizes to reduce cycle times, costs, and risks while improving data quality and borrower satisfaction. Fanplayr Receives SOC 2 Type 2 Certification for Data Security Processes from American Institute of CPAs

PALO ALTO, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- Fanplayr, a global leader in online behavioral personalization, artificial intelligence and user privacy, announces it has successfully achieved the Service Organization Control (SOC) 2 Type 2 certification.

Developed by the American Institute of CPAs (AICPA), SOC 2 reports are intended to meet the needs of businesses that need detailed information and assurance about the controls at a service organization. The certification defines criteria for managing customer data based on five "trust service principles" - security, availability, processing integrity, confidentiality and privacy.

SOC 2 Type 2 is an audit or recertification of the controls put in place which confirms suitability of the design and operating effectiveness and will generally provide a greater level of trust to a customer or business partner due to the increased visibility of systems in action.

Fanplayr has been recertified specifically for Security, Confidentiality, and Availability.

"We have an excellent track record of protecting data," says Simon Yencken, CEO and co-founder of Fanplayr. "With data breaches continuing to be a worldwide problem, we cannot overstate the importance of maintaining safeguards to ensure the security of our customers' data."

Since acquiring and maintaining SOC 2 certifications can be relatively costly and time consuming, the process signals Fanplayr's commitment to continue working with major companies who require SOC 2 compliance or proof of equivalent safeguards.

"The SOC 2 certification is recognized and respected worldwide," said Rajiv Sunkara, CTO and co-founder of Fanplayr. "Establishing and maintaining SOC 2 compliance on an annual basis ensures everything we do is focused on the needs of our customers and the privacy of their data."
