Accountable CRM Launches First Activity-Based Platform for Mortgage Teams

AUSTIN, Texas /ScoopCloud/ -- 90-Day Sales Manager proudly launches the first activity-based CRM with built-in coaching and accountability for mortgage teams at credit unions and community banks. The 3-in-1 platform provides mortgage departments an affordable solution to help loan officers stay productive during challenging times.

"Accountable CRM was born out of necessity," says Dr. Bruce Lund, Founder and CEO. "We initially sought to integrate our accountability software into existing CRMs for our credit union clients. However, we quickly discovered that many mortgage departments either lacked a dedicated mortgage CRM or rely on organizational CRMs that don't meet the needs of their mortgage departments. Accountable can plug into existing CRMs or serve as a standalone mortgage-specific CRM."

The core focus at Accountable CRM is centered around improving productivity by placing loan officers back at the heart of their CRM through daily activities and goal-setting. The platform has already achieved a 90% adoption rate-significantly outpacing the industry average of less than 20%. Sales managers are particularly drawn to the platform's activity tracking capabilities, which provide measurable results.

Mortgage-Specific CRM Features

Once the accountability tools were established, the next critical step was to develop mortgage-specific features and integrations. To lead this initiative, Dr. Lund brought on board Maggie Mae, a former Director of Product at a leading mortgage CRM, renowned for her expertise in CRM development and her deep understanding of the mortgage industry.

"Maggie's impressive track record in CRM development and her comprehensive understanding of mortgage processes made this platform the perfect playground for her expertise," says Dr. Lund. "With her insights, we've built a platform that not only fulfills all the expectations of a mortgage CRM but also integrates our unique accountability software to truly set us apart."

Accountable CRM includes a host of essential functionalities such as seamless Loan Origination System (LOS) integrations, automated email marketing, and a comprehensive mortgage marketing suite with hundreds of templates. The marketing suite offers one-click access to company-branded flyers, postcards, social posts, and more-all approved and managed by the marketing department. Additionally, the platform's mobile app ensures loan officers remain productive, whether in the office or on the go.

"Accountable CRM's emphasis on activity tracking and its commitment to supporting loan officers resonated deeply with me," adds Maggie Mae, Chief of Product. "The software is built on new technology which allows for continuous innovation and seamless integration with industry standards, making this software truly unique in the mortgage CRM space."

A Preferred Solution for Managers and Loan Officers

What truly distinguishes Accountable CRM from traditional CRMs is its focus on the daily activities of loan officers. While many CRMs prioritize internal marketing efforts, Accountable bridges the gap by collaborating closely with marketing teams to ensure that loan officers have the tools and support needed to succeed. This approach boosts productivity but also aligns sales and marketing efforts to drive better outcomes for the entire organization.

‘Best in the West’ Champions Reunite to Open 101 BBQ Hut in Westlake Village

WESTLAKE VILLAGE, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- 101 BBQ Hut, formerly known as Willy's Smokehouse and Rib Ticklers BBQ, announces its grand opening on January 13, 2024. This exciting event will showcase their award-winning BBQ and Blue Ribbon Sauces to the local community.

The venture, helmed by Marco Gonzalez and Dennis Ofsthun, traces its roots back to a 30-year history rooted in a serendipitous encounter over a sauce recipe at Marco's taco place in Saticoy, California.

The recipe, crafted by Willy Harris, a military cook and former personal chef to Bob Hope during USO tours, captivated many, including Mr. Hope and his friends. After Willy's passing, Ofsthun, inspired and driven, established Rib Ticklers BBQ in Gig Harbor, WA. Unexpectedly, a caller claimed ownership of Willy Harris' recipes and smoker. A partnership ensued, leading to accolades like winning the prestigious 1st place at the American Royal BBQ sauce contest in Kansas City, solidifying their decision to bottle these remarkable sauces.

In 1993, armed with a van full of sauce, a smoker in tow, and a treasure trove of awards, Ofsthun ventured to SoCal, where he met Marco Gonzalez. A connection sparked over a taco and beer, leading to joint successes, including winning the Best in the West Nugget Rib Cook-Off. This collaboration birthed Rib Ticklers BBQ on Kanan, evolving into Willy's Smokehouse, now Tavern 101. In 2007, Ofsthun's departure left Gonzalez at the helm, steering the legacy with warmth and hospitality while supporting local causes and organizations.

Gonzalez and Ofsthun reunite to introduce 101 BBQ Hut, delivering genuine southern-style slow-smoked BBQ and blue ribbon sauces to Westlake Village. Join them on January 13 from 1 p.m. to 4 p.m. for FREE SAMPLES.

444 Uncovers that the Northwest is Using Fungi to Fight the Good Fight in More Ways Than One

SEATTLE, Wash. /ScoopCloud/ -- Interviewing sustainable food and beverage businesses across the U.S. is Danielle Keogh's, co-founder, 444, LLC, passion. The latest tour of the northwest U.S. Keogh learned that mushroom cultivation and usage is advancing.

At Papa Lee's CBD Convections, she met a 12-year proud Veteran U.S. Army Ranger, chef Papa Lee Warren, who partnered with ex-semi pro baseball player, Bob Giggin, to create functional food and beverage products. Contributing proceeds from these products go towards raising awareness about military sexual assault trauma and helping victims to battle PTSD, depression and anxiety using natural remedies.

Giggin and Warren curate gummies, teas, honey and tinctures using organic hemp and herbs. They're also exploring recipes using medicinal mushrooms.

"We're jumping into the mushroom field now and we're finding that the Lion's Mane and other mushrooms restructure the system. And, when they're done in micro-dosing, they help to rebuild cells and regain life," Lee says. "We're using fungi to fight the good fight."

The Grow Network's, Marjory Wildcraft, believes it's vital to "use ancient, time-tested knowledge to nurture health through powerful, medicinal herbs."

So, returning to the garden is the future of functional ingredients where consumers or experienced chefs, like Papa Lee, create food that is medicine. A podcast, "Wounded Not Broken," launches on July 5, 2022, and will feature survivors of military sexual trauma. To join the fight, consider this Go Fund Me campaign: https://www.gofundme.com/f/wounded-not-broken-project.

In her travels, Keogh's also met many fungi farmers. A few are organically certified and most use sustainable, organic practices. Now, while organic certification is comforting to see, it comes with a price. Often the extra cost shoppers pay for the accreditation isn't going to the farmer; it's going to taxes. So, many farmers like Brody Ferguson, Mark Rickard, Sundown Hazen and Jonathan Garrett operate organically, but keep consumer cost down by not paying the extra certification taxes.

Some farmers are making big transitions. For example, in 2020, Oregon State passed Measure 109 which states that the Oregon Health Authority (OHA) can regulate psilocybin manufacturing, delivery, purchasing and consumption. Manufacturing licenses will be issued by OHA at the beginning of 2023.

The Oregon Psilocybin Society believes that psilocybin-assisted therapy can help alleviate mental health crisis in Oregon "by addressing costly epidemics like suicide, treatment-resistant depression and anxiety, PTSD, and addiction to drugs, alcohol and nicotine." At Portland, Oregon's, Pal's Mushrooms, Chris Peircean and Jeremiah McCoy are getting into growing gourmet and medicinal psylocibin mushrooms.

Overall, Keogh says farmers across the U.S. are supporting each other through consultation, equipment and supplies. For example, Rebecca Minna of Prospore, in Shelton, Washington, is turning her mushroom farm into a substrate production facility. By fall 2022, it will supply northwest commercial mushroom growers with superior substrate blocks.

Minna has also teamed up with Mica Rehnquist, owner of The Outdoor Farmer, who's constructed mushroom growing pods, "Boom Rooms," made for commercial farmers. These pods offer a perfectly-controlled, cultivation environment.

For those seeking in-person fungi farming training, Fungaia's, Paul Hamilton-Pennel, is hosting training featuring Fungi Academy in Wall Walla, Washington, September 3-11, 2022.

And finally, Blaine Alexandr-Heins, chief design officer and head of curation at i3x, looks to outer space art to sustain planet Earth. i3x will send satellites funded by asset-backed nonfungible tokens (NFT) to the stars this September. Be on the lookout for i3x NFT space launches.

i3x's focus is off-grid food sourcing, revenue for local and indigenous farmers and internal crypto-based monetary solutions. These solutions allow eco-farm communities to remain self-sufficient and provide lucrative local farming revenue channels.

"With technologies like this, the functional mushroom industry remains uncapped. Literally, the sky is the limit for the future of fungi," Keogh says.

While exploring the U.S.'s southwest, Keogh discovered Alta Vista Botanical Gardens (AVBG), a treasure trove of plant medicine.

Naomi Stein, vice president, AVBG, welcomed Keogh with open arms and applauds the devotion of Alta Vista's volunteer board members who have worked to create such a wonderful space.

"The functional ingredient movement is alive and well here," she says.

In 1999, the city of Vista, California opened this 14-acre property to the public with a mission to bring people, nature and art together and they're doing just that and more.

AVBG plans to celebrate Earth Day by offering the community a free event where they can connect with nature on an artistic level. Vic Moraga will be live on guitar, while children can conjure recycled art, and families can discover numerous gardens with functional ingredients.

Edible delights can be found throughout. The medicinal herb garden has aloe vera, white sage, horehound, ginkgo trees, chaste trees, jojoba trees, tabebuia trees and more.

In the culinary garden, herb adventurers will find a rich variety that includes everything from spearmint, the caper bush, fennel, lemon verbena and lemongrass to hops, oregano, Thai basil, several varieties of sage, ginger, bay leaf tree, rosemary and thyme.

The children's garden is an ideal place for the younger set to learn about rare fruit trees such as Cherimoya, Loquat, pomegranate, several varieties of banana and dragon fruit.

Nancy Jones, a retired elementary teacher, also known as "Farmer Jones," gives a monthly class for AVBG members and their children. She teaches them how to garden and also heads a cleanup group, Loser's Litter, where participants help to keep the community free of debris. Additionally, she'll be overseeing the Earth Day Festival.

444 Spotlights Movers and Shakers in the Sustainable Living Sector

SEATTLE, Wash. /ScoopCloud/ -- Danielle Keogh, co-founder, 444, LLC, launched a nationwide tour where she interviewed businesses within the functional ingredient sector. She says that Brandon Pitcher continues to carve the path for sustainable living. Among many, leading change agent in the Midwest, Pitcher, co-founder of Blue Circle Farms and founder of 5 Kingdoms Development, has dedicated his life's work to providing sustainability and renewability coaching. In 2010, he was the Green Entrepreneur of the year.

As the functional ingredient and sustainability movement continues to charge on in the Midwest, Pitcher is joined by agricultural solution-based companies, small-scale sustainable farmers, and organic merchants that have also stepped up to the plate to nurture the heart of America.

Several events are planned this spring to showcase Pitcher and other sustainability leaders and to feature some incredible, nutrient-dense foods. These events are scheduled to take place this spring in Colorado, Missouri, Illinois, Michigan and Ohio.

Pitcher has traveled to more than 50 countries and given more than 600 lectures on business, inspired by nature and societal development at Universities like MIT and Yale. Networking people and facilitating fun education to share big concepts is Pitcher's approach to making the world a better place.

He's hosting a series of 5 Kingdoms Dinners across the U.S., collaborating with prominent chefs like Donna Merton, and Farm Eats District Food Truck Eats. Auguste Escoffier School of Culinary Arts will staff these events and Merton and Pitcher are in the process of creating a cookbook too.

5 Kingdoms' dinners are designed to educate and entertain people around a new type of diet.

"I guess you'd call it a different way of living and eating where bacteria, algae, plants, animals and fungus are present and representative of your local ecosystems," Pitcher says.

These events host roughly 100 to 200 people and it's an exciting way to enjoy music and mingle with artists. As opposed to shopping on Amazon, visiting local organic stores allows for unique opportunities to build relationships with like-minded individuals looking for natural ways to improve health. As a result, retail businesses have made strides to provide communities with organic, holistic ingredients.

He believes that "when it comes to our survival and functionality of nature," fungi are "probably the most important kingdom on earth."

Partaking in the remaining four kingdoms, algae, bacteria, plant and animal, can be equally enjoyable and boasts tremendous benefits. Unfortunately, according to "U.S. News," Americans consume ultra-processed foods at an extreme rate, putting people at a greater risk for chronic diseases. The common thought is that the poor 21st Century diet could "be the key driver of the obesity epidemic" (*see citation). It's crucial for society to do its part to support health beyond simply basic nutrition and to build up natural immune systems.

Whether produce is grown organically or organically certified, more and more of the nation's farmers dedicate resources to providing the healthiest options to their local communities. Some farmers have weekly scheduled pick-ups, others offer deliveries, while most tend to post up at farmer's markets. As expected, the fees involved in establishing and maintaining the organic certification increase prices. Consequently, "organically certified" may not be available at every stand, but the majority of products meet the specifications.

A New Mental Health App Has Arrived! The Mavin App

MILWAUKEE, Wis. /ScoopCloud/ -- Today, a Wisconsin startup, 3oi LLC announces the launch of the Mavin App, a mental health app to help the world conquer mental health in addition to supporting and educating the masses. Furthermore, the 3oi team is also proud to publicize that we are onboarding participants to the Conscious Venture Lab Cohort 8 Accelerator program.

Mental health is not to be taken lightly, it is something that cannot be fixed or cured but only maintained and sustained. So, we thank Conscious Venture Lab for believing in our mission in becoming a constant structure in people's lives in providing mental health education and assistance and also by connecting individuals with mental health providers on their terms.

"We at Mavin want to put your mental health, in your hands," said Kvon Smith, Chairman at 3oi LLC.

Our Mental health is constantly changing daily and sliding across a continuum of positive to negative. Because we as people are constantly affected by positive and negative experiences that affect how we feel mentally. Moreover, we are all one moment away from experiencing a mental health crisis. Whether it is childhood trauma coming to the surface, an accident-causing anxiety, or a veteran suffering from PTSD. Mental health is an aspect of life we must take more seriously.

We believe that you are not your mental health condition and that you have the power to conquer it. We believe that treating mental health is not a one size fits all treatment. The Mavin App which is out exclusively for Android at the moment is one of a kind personalized mental health app that includes assessments that intends to direct you to professionals who fit your needs.

We also believe that community is vital when living with mental illness or battling mental health. We want to let everyone know that they are not in this fight alone, so we created a safe space for members to connect with other members to encourage, uplift, and share life experiences in our Mavin's Haven.

During sign-in add a trusted loved one to your profile for free to avoid future interrogating questions altogether with your family. And in times of crisis, we have an emergency button inside the app that connects you to crisis intervention instead of the police.

So do us a favor and go to the Google Play store and join us on "Mavin App" your mental safe haven app where we are intentional in changing and saving lives.

Foster Volunteers Needed for Tornado Displaced Pets in Kentucky

HOPKINSVILLE, Ky. /ScoopCloud/ -- 911fosterpets, a peer-to-peer online pet fostering platform, is seeking volunteers who can foster pets displaced by the recent monster tornado. In the aftermath of natural disasters, as people begin to piece their life back together, they often find their temporary relocation options don't include their beloved pets. Some progressive shelters have foster volunteer programs; but for many communities, relying upon the kindness of friends, family, neighbors and even strangers is the only option.

Pet foster parents can help by caring for these displaced pets while their families get back on their feet. Fostering a pet for a short time may help ensure that an important family member doesn't have to be relinquished to an overwhelmed animal shelter. Fosterers reunite pets with their family once stability returns, often in just a few weeks.

Pet parents who need temporary care for their pet can post photos and descriptions on 911fosterpets.com. Their pet will be matched with foster families that are compatible. After reviewing potential matches, pet parents and foster parents are encouraged to fill out a free Pet Foster Care Agreement to specify details of the arrangement, for instance, who to call in an emergency and the expected length of fostering.

"Our top priority is asking folks to raise their hand if they have space in their heart and home for a neighbor's beloved family member," says Betsy Banks Saul, the co-founder of 911fosterpets and Petfinder, who cites lessons learned from Hurricane Katrina regarding the importance of keeping families together, especially in crises.

Visitors to the site are encouraged to browse pet profiles and sign up to be notified when a pet in need is posted on 911fosterpets.com. While there is often great need after natural disasters, other pets posted on the site are victims of housing insecurity brought on by the pandemic or a temporary need for relocation due to the hospitalization of their pet parent. In some cases, a rescued pet needs a safe place to crash while the person or shelter who currently cares for it finds a suitable adopter.

About 911FosterPets

911FosterPets is an all-volunteer project on a mission to help save pets by seamlessly connecting animal shelters, rescue groups, and individual pet owners with local homes willing to foster a pet in need. Co-founded by Petfinder's Betsy Banks, pioneer of online animal adoption, 911FosterPets connects foster heroes with pets in need before it's too late.

3rdPlus Launches with Products and Services for Senior Living Communities Serving the Modern Elder

SEATTLE, Wash. /ScoopCloud/ -- 3rdPlus launches today with a mission to make aging better and help break societal and internalized ageist stereotypes by offering transformational services to support communities that serve today's modern elders.

With the ongoing Covid-19 pandemic, it is essential to rethink how best to support senior living communities from dining and life enrichment practices to positive aging communications.

"The pandemic reinforces the relevance of what we have been working on for years in the Senior Living space," said Cynthia Thurlow Cruver, founder and principal of 3rdPlus. "We saw first hand how senior living communities were getting a bad rap on the best of days, and the ageist perception of our elders being portrayed as 'weak and vulnerable' was pushed to the forefront, which has made our services even more relevant."

Founded in 2012 as 3rdThird Marketing, with Culinary Coach added in 2017, the newly expanded company branded 3rdPlus, has added two additional divisions to its portfolio: Community Coach, and SparksPlus. 3rdPlus is led by Cynthia Thurlow Cruver, who has long held a passion to create a socially conscious company committed to positive aging by delivering revitalized brand messaging, focusing on health and wellness, and eliminating old-school practices that perpetuate ageism.

"We want to nurture and support the whole person by delivering products and services that today's modern seniors want and deserve," said Thurlow Cruver. "The new structure allows us to broaden our reach, provide transformational programming and services and positions us to help make aging better."

Growing the company to meet today's challenges led to a holistic approach across a broad spectrum of fields and disciplines. The newest of these concepts is SparksPlus. Born from the need to deliver quality, modern life enrichment activities with intellectually stimulating and engaging content, SparksPlus aims to bring college campus-like content into communities.

"Seniors living in communities want more than bingo and crafts. And we want to deliver on that by creating thought-provoking and enriching programs that engage all of the senses and support positive aging," shared Thurlow Cruver.

Dr. Kelly Tremblay, Ph.D., a former Professor of Neuroscience and contributor to the World Health Organization's World Report on Ageing and Health, is consulting with the 3rdPlus team to develop content for SparksPlus. "Thurlow's mission is inspiring. Not only is 3rdPlus trying to combat the negative stereotypes of aging by working with communities, but it's also offering plug-in-solutions for other areas like dining and life enrichment," Tremblay states.

Dr. Tremblay is excited to bring the scientific element into the fold. "As a neuroscientist who specializes in learning and plasticity of the aging brain, as well as an educator and advocate, I'm committed to lifelong learning," said Tremblay. "I am excited about the opportunity to contribute to the new program and help identify speakers for SparksPlus."

Culinary Coach and Community Coach are two of the other innovative programs offered under the 3rdPlus umbrella.

Scott Daniels, Vice President of Culinary and Operations with Culinary Coach, who used to work at one of the nation's largest food contractors states, "I am now in a position where I can truly make a difference. By being able to help communities source fresh, quality, and locally produced foods, we empower our clients to differentiate with their dining. Our reason for being is to deliver delicious, aesthetically pleasing dining experiences to all senior living residents."

Community Coach provides ad hoc services and solutions to support operations, leadership, sales coaching, dietary programs and more. The backbone of the organization continues to be the award-winning 3rdThird Marketing, a full-service branding, marketing, and consulting agency that specializes in reaching the 55+ demographic with age-positive messaging.

"It is wonderful to watch a Washington LeadingAge member grow as they see the need in the market," said Pat Sylvia, Director of Education and Member Development at LeadingAge Washington. "I'm excited about the positive impact they can make in the aging services industry."

3rdPlus is a one-of-a-kind company with enhanced services to help senior living communities transform the resident experience. Founder and Principal Cynthia Thurlow-Cruver has worked in advertising for thirty years and the senior living industry for a decade. She has long held a passion to create a socially conscious company committed to positive aging. Her own family elders' aging journeys coupled with her deep love for healthy, organic food and her foray into restaurant ownership has only reinforced that mission.

‘FRIDAY THE 13TH’ spin-off, ’13 FANBOY’ Coming to a Theater Near You

RUIDOSO, N.M. /ScoopCloud/ -- 13 Fanboy LLC announces: After 12 years without a "FRIDAY THE 13TH" film, fans are hungry for new blood. Enter Deborah Voorhees (yes, that is her real name), star of "FRIDAY THE 13TH part 5," and director of the October 22, 2021 horror film "13 FANBOY."

With "FRIDAY THE 13TH" tied up in legal battles fans are not likely to see the iconic killer Jason Voorhees return to Camp Crystal Lake anytime soon.

"We can't bring you an official 'FRIDAY THE 13TH' movie," says producer Joel Paul Reisig. "That's why Deborah Voorhees and I sat down and created this new franchise."

Reisig's previous credits include over 20 feature films; his most recent one being picked up by Universal Studios. "We really listened to the fans," says Voorhees, who also directed the film and plays a small role. "We wanted to stay true to the legionary movies of the 80s. This is truly a throwback film by fans and for fans."

"13 FANBOY" is about an obsessed fan who stalks (and kills) his favorite actresses from the original "FRIDAY THE 13TH" and "HALLOWEEN" films. The story follows Kelsie Voorhees, who as a child witnesses the murder of her grandmother, "FRIDAY THE 13TH" actress Deborah Voorhees, at the hands of a crazed fanboy. As an adult, Kelsie discovers her grandmother isn't the only victim and the killer is still hunting his favorite "FRIDAY THE 13TH" cast members and iconic scream queens to slaughter.

"Horror fans are the best," says Voorhees, "but every once in a while, you get that one that feels scary. I've received texts saying, 'I'm watching you right now,' or 'wouldn't it be cool if you were killed like you died in the film?'"

The cast includes actors and actresses from the original 80s films, iconic scream queens playing fictionalized versions of themselves. The star lineup includes Cory Feldman, Kane Hodder, C.J. Graham, Tracie Savage, Judi Aronson and many more from the original series. Legendary actress Dee Wallace ("HALLOWEEN," "CUJO," "CRITTERS," "THE HILLS HAVE EYES," "THE HOLLOWING," and "E.T.") leads the film. Adrienne King, star of the original "FRIDAY THE 13TH" passed on appearing in "13 FANBOY," stating that the film was "too real, too scary."

"13 FANBOY" is distributed by Deskpop Entertainment, it will play in limited theaters in North America and London, opening on October 22, 2021. It will also be available for purchase on all major VOD networks on the same day.

HUNTSVILLE, Ala. /ScoopCloud/ -- 1st Edge, a leader in designing pragmatic solutions using Artificial Intelligence and new technologies, announced the win of a $46M Other Transaction Authority (OTA) contract to develop Artificial Intelligence solutions for the US Army. The contract continues an effort named Pragmatic Artificial Intelligence and New Technology (PAINT).

The Pragmatic AI and New Technology (PAINT) approach applies the science of AI and other new technologies to near-term, engineering solutions for missile defense. Our mission is to close the gap and get sophisticated, innovative technology in the fight to augment the warfighter and support analysts."

"Now with additional funding 1st Edge will advance pragmatic solutions for multiple missile defense programs."

5X Solutions Adds Compensation Analysis to their Mortgage Business Intelligence Platform

SAN DIEGO, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- 5X Solutions, LLC, a mortgage business intelligence and data analytics company, has announced the addition of loan agent compensation analysis to its automated financial reporting and mortgage business intelligence software.

Users of Telemetry BI now have complete visibility to the commissions paid to loan officers. This includes loan-level details, dollars paid, and basis points (bps) for each transaction. In the past, accounting personnel would generate reports manually via spreadsheets, only to have them challenged by loan agents and branch managers questioning the underlying numbers. In other cases, the client risked overpayment due to manual mistakes or incomplete data.

This new reporting tool provides post-payment audit capabilities to accounting and financial staff. Reports are generated automatically by integrating data from the client's loan origination software (LOS) and their accounting system. Compensation is calculated based on units closed, funded amounts, loan types, referrals, and loan assistants, providing transparency and timely access via on-demand compensation analytics.

Corporate executives, branch managers, regional managers, and individual loan officers can view compensation details relevant to them in real-time. This eliminates the need for the constant back-and-forth between accounting staff and loan agents to validate results and answer questions.

A planned release of prepayment commission and bonus reporting for the entire company including loan processors, underwriters, and other staff members will add efficiency and transparency to the mortgage operation. Details can be viewed before payments are made to ensure that commissions and bonuses are correct. This enhances Telemetry MBI's existing Marketing and Expense program that enables loan officers to benefit by claiming pre-tax expenses related to generating business.

Telemetry MBI's new compensation analysis complements existing financial reports, KPIs, performance dashboards, and analytics to provide a 360-degree view of a mortgage business's operational health. Adoption of this feature by clients has exceeded expectations. 5X Solutions' Co-Founder John Beneventi says "Compensation analysis rounds out Telemetry MBI's automated financial reporting capabilities by offering managers the ability to drill down on details and explore trends around each loan officer's performance and compensation."

The McGrath Project announces a new record and world tour!

DALLAS, Texas /ScoopCloud/ -- The McGrath Project, a Texas-based indie rock band on 4818 Records, is ready to hit the road in 2021. Along with dates set at the First Friday Festival in Las Vegas and The Viper Room in Los Angeles, the McGrath Project is particularly excited to announce some international highlights. In late June the band will be playing the Rock Bulava Festival in Kiev, Ukraine and famous Dobro Festival in Moscow along with a series of engagements throughout the Ukraine and Russia.

"We will be doing fifteen concerts in seventeen days and I couldn't be more excited," says Jonathan McNary, guitarist.

"Music festivals have always been one of my favorite sorts of shows to play, because i usually run into a new artist I might not have otherwise heard. This will be especially true as we head to Eastern Europe," Bob Simmons, bassist, agrees.

"I love playing the originals and I'm really looking forward to bringing them to the festivals," added Victor Toruno, keyboardist.

"People can expect good time full of rocking music and fun energy," says drummer Jonathan Moore. "We will put on a fun show. It's full of variety, flavors, and excitement."

To help promote the Eastern European tour, the band will be releasing a new record entitled, "Golden Goose" in March 2021 under 4818 Records and distribution through Smith Music Group. Although there will be quite a few familiar songs on this record, "we decided to re-cut everything so that the record represents the current line up and sound of the band. People will get to take home what they saw live or come see what they hear, whichever comes first," says Gary McGrath, guitarist and frontman.

"Gary likes to let musicians play around and experiment. It really makes it a fun process and I think it makes the songs better," notes Kathryn Hackett, vocalist.

As they put the finishing touches on the new record, be sure to check out @TheMcGrathProject on Instagram and Facebook for warm-up dates around the country!

CHICAGO, Ill. /ScoopCloud/ -- 31 Days and Beyond is a national initiative designed to bring awareness, support, and resources during a tumultuous time in America that has caused 41 percent of Black-owned businesses to close their doors due to COVID-19 compared to just 17 percent of white-owned businesses.

L. Maxwell McKissick, Marketing and Entertainment Executive as well as the Founder of the Midwest-based nonprofit, SERVE 60 - created and founded 31 Days and Beyond to serve as a catalyst and call-to-action for Americans to work together and support Black entrepreneurs, Black businesses, and Historically Black Colleges and Universities (HBCUs).

"Historically, Black Americans have long suffered from the racial wealth gap and Black businesses have been plagued even more so by a multitude of challenges and inequities on the pathway to finding success in America," stated McKissick. "It's the main reason that I felt compelled to create this campaign and initiative so that other Black entrepreneurs could receive some much-needed support via a platform that's actionable, sustainable, and designed to help close the racial wealth gap."

Nikki Woods, former Executive Producer of the nationally syndicated "Tom Joyner Morning Show" and CEO of Nikki Woods Media, LLC will serve as Brand Ambassador and an Official Spokesperson for the initiative.

National sponsor, Husch Blackwell - one of the nation's largest law firms - has also signed on to support the campaign and website designed to focus on three key areas and goals:

1. Raise awareness and visibility for Black-owned businesses and HBCUs across America.

2. Create, develop and manage an economic empowerment fund to support Black-owned businesses and HBCUs which will provide small business grants and scholarships up to $1,000

3. Create, grow, and manage The Give Black Network- a national network of business professionals that will donate up to 1 hour of skills or services to support a Black-owned business.

Ready, Set, Slide! Big Mucci’s ‘The Set Slide’ going viral

CLEVELAND, Ohio /ScoopCloud/ -- 71 North Entertainment's artist Mark "Big Mucci" Wynn, best known for his "Bikers Shuffle" and "Cleveland Shuffle," is gaining new attention for another line dance track - "The Set Slide."

A 2014 production, "The Set Slide" is being given new life via TikTok, where the "Set Slide Line Dance Challenge" is making its way across the world.

"'The Set Slide' is a continuation of the 'Bikers Shuffle.' which was dedicated to the motorcycle community," Big Mucci said. "After that came out, people in different sets, like clubs and social groups, kept coming up to me asking to make a dance for their clubs. I'm not in all those clubs, so this one is just dedicated to all the sets. I even put the roller skaters in there."

The motivation behind Big Mucci's music is to bring people of different backgrounds and ages together through line dancing.

"These groups of people love to do things together, and it's a brotherhood and camaraderie," he said. "'The Set Slide' came out in 2014, but 'Bikers Shuffle' has overshadowed it. That came out in 2009, and now it's 2020, so I think people have done it so much they are looking for something new."

The rebirth of "The Set Slide" is proven in its social media attention. "The Set Slide" video on Big Mucci's TikTok page has exploded to more than 460,000 views, while the page itself, launched in mid-April, has grown to nearly 32,000 followers and more than 100,000 likes. "The Set Slide" on Spotify has swelled to 7,761 streams, a growth of more than 5,000 percent in the last month, and monthly, his Spotify has nearly 25,000 listeners.

Big Mucci's YouTube and Facebook pages have also seen a rise, with 33,000 and 821,000 views, respectively.

"I put 'The Set Slide' on TikTok in the last week of April, and it just took on a whole new life," Big Mucci said. "I put up a clip of me and my partner leading the dance, and people started doing it themselves and reposting it.

"During the pandemic, I wanted to give people something to do at home with their families. Line dance is also a form of exercise, so I think people saw that then went to my YouTube and found more dances they could do together in their living rooms.

Big Mucci's ultimate goal with his music is to bring people together.

"The 'Trail Riders Shuffle' is also going viral," he said. "That one is for trail riders and saddle clubs, which are mostly people in the south that ride horses. It's big in Arkansas, Louisiana and Texas, and goes as far over as South Carolina. Thousands of them like to meet up, go on a horseback ride, then meet up in a field and party all night with music and vendors."

Big Mucci's other group-specific hits include his original debut in 1997, "Let Me See Dat Bootie Bounce," "The Birthday Slide," "ReBirth of the Shuffle," "The Mickey James," and the "Breast Cancer Awareness Shuffle."

"I operate by the belief that if people show me love, I show them love back," he said. "If I go to an event, I analyze what is going on and the people's lifestyle, then I incorporate that into a song.

"The music itself makes me come up with the dances when I start grooving to it, and I always make my dances to where everyone can do them - from the little kids to the elders. It's all about bringing unity and connecting everyone together."

After 23 years in the business, Big Mucci said it's amazing his career is still going.

"'Bootie Bounce' came out, and then 'Cleveland Shuffle' went global [and reached No. 44 on the top 100 Billboard Charts], and I've been doing this nonstop ever since," he said.

The music will continue this year, as Big Mucci's fifth studio album, "Big Mucci's Line Dance Movement, Part III," is set to drop by the end of 2020.

Born in Cleveland, the birthplace of Rock & Roll, Big Mucci served his country as a United States Marine. After returning home from serving his country, Big Mucci formed his line dance rap group 71 North Boyz in 1997. In 2004, he embarked on a successful solo career. Big Mucci is praised for the quality of his choreography, flow and beats for beginner and intermediate line dancing.

He has won numerous awards, including Producer Of The Year, Line-Dance Of The Year, Artist Of The Year, Best Rap/Hip-Hop Act Of The Year, The Academy of Line-Dancing's Lifetime Achievement Award, and The State of Ohio Hip-Hop Awards' Lifetime Achievement Award.

12traits At Home Wellbeing Assessment: Gaming and Mental Health During COVID-19

LOS ANGELES, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- As increased feelings of anxiety and depression rise during this global pandemic, 12traits announces the release of a free assessment and report breaking down the psychology of health and wellbeing as it pertains to COVID-19 circumstances - especially the decrease in physical contact due to social distancing measures. In a time when 63% of individuals are reporting increased symptoms of mental illness and 1 out of 4 individuals has reported the use of excessive alcohol to cope with the stress of quarantine, the consumption of media is increasing, screen time is soaring, and players are investing more in online and mobile gaming.

"While spending time online connecting with friends can certainly make you feel good 'in the moment,' we have to be careful," says Joe Schaeppi, the CEO and co-founder of 12traits who is also a psychotherapist. "Not all digital experiences are created equal when it comes to our digital hygiene and wellbeing."

While previous research has shown mixed results on the influence video games have on our wellbeing, Schaeppi wants people to understand that the issue is nuanced and that in 2020, there are more applications and benefits to gaming than we've previously realized. "Of course, too much of anything can be bad for you. But in the last several years, as researchers begin to study how games impact our brains and health, there are some clear, overwhelming benefits," says Schaeppi. "Increased feelings of social connectedness, joy, excitement, competition, overcoming challenges - these are all strategies that can improve positivity and as a result, help our bodies regulate our negative emotions. We're here to help match what games are likely best for each individual in the same way a nutritionist might craft a diet just for you."

Rooted in the biopsychosocial approach to wellbeing, the 12traits at Home Wellbeing Assessment is designed to give individuals a chance to assess how they are dealing with the stress of COVID-19 as well as offer insights and actions to improve physical, emotional, and psychological wellbeing.

"An important part of how we cope with increased anxiety and depression is related to our hobbies, how we play, and what we do with free time. Hobbies, play, and leisure balance out our daily lives - they bring us joy and we often build a community around our shared interests," says Schaeppi. The report also includes personalized recommendations for games individuals can play to improve their mood during the quarantine. "Gaming and mental health are our two biggest passions at 12traits, so we wanted to do what we can to help with mental health during COVID-19 and also show that there are fun and healthy games out there that can actually help with the stressors of these times."

Learn more: https://wellbeing.12traits.com/

The At Home Wellbeing Assessment covers a number of topics to help individuals take inventory of their self-care strategies:

Adaptability To Change

COVID-19 has been particularly difficult for individuals who have a hard time adapting to disruptions around them. Behaviors like compulsive consumption, expressed irritability, and excessive stockpiling are indicators that someone is struggling to adjust to their changing surroundings. Learning which behaviors signal learning and growth can enable someone to appreciate their incremental steps towards increasing adaptability, which is important for building lasting resilience.

Social Connectivity

Having a support network to lean on when our mental health is challenged is a well-documented strategy for improving one's wellbeing, but stay-at-home orders and efforts to flatten the curve are leaving many individuals feeling disconnected and alone. The 12traits at Home Wellbeing Assessment gives a personalized assessment of an individual's efforts to maintain regular social contact, including specific strategies for increasing feelings of social connection online while also engaging in social distancing.

Brain Balance Best Practices

Understanding the hormonal balance within our brain chemistry is essential learning for individuals wanting to master their sleep, health, and overall potential. Learning which hormones and neurotransmitters contribute to feelings like depression and anxiety, as well as which enable a healthy brain balance, can allow individuals to understand the science behind behavioral changes.

"For me, understanding what was happening in my brain and body was one of the most important insights I ever had in regards to my own mental health and potential. It's certainly a part of what inspired my career path as a psychotherapist," says Schaeppi.

Motivations Profile

A change in mental wellness has a direct impact on a person's motivations, including the desire to begin and complete tasks that may otherwise not be a struggle. The 12traits at Home Wellbeing Assessment gives a breakdown of the components of motivation, showing how an individual can lean on their strengths during times of stress.

Gaming Styles and Recommendations

Individuals can target specific behaviors or emotions they'd like to improve and the 12traits at Home Wellbeing Assessment will generate games that support a positive, balanced play approach specific to each individual.

Emotional State Scorecard

This feature provides mindfulness-based insights on which positive and negative emotions are strongest in our daily lives as well as suggestions on how to cultivate more positive feelings like contentment, confidence, and happiness.

Physical and Psychological Wellbeing

Furthering the evidence that how we think impacts how we feel, the 12traits at Home Wellbeing Assessment helps indicate which daily habits contribute to our physical and psychological wellbeing. Tips to improve sleep, nutrition, social interaction, and physical activity are among some of the strategies suggested.

While the linkage to gaming and mental wellbeing might seem like an odd pairing to some, for Schaeppi and 12traits, the connections are crystal clear. "As we're all doing our part to flatten the curve, stay home, and/or social distance, it means that many people are losing access to their normal outlets - whether that means a workout routine, a creative pursuit, or social interactions. Games are, without a doubt, the most interactive and experiential form of consumable digital media and thus, have a larger ability to make a positive impact. And it's certain that we could all use a little more joy, health, and overall wellbeing during this time."

360 Towing Solutions Houston Started Offering Flatbed Towing Services In Houston Area

HOUSTON, Texas /ScoopCloud/ -- 360 Towing Solutions Houston, a leading towing Houston service provider, recently started offering flatbed towing services in and around Houston area. The owners of the towing Houston business stated that since flatbed towing is one of the most complex towing services, they have already hired a few highly experienced towing truck operators and licensed mechanics who know exactly how to load and offload a flatbed towing truck with a vehicle without reaching any damage to the vehicle.

Richard Miller, the head of operations for the towing Houston TX firm, told the press that their objective is to meet the growing demand for flatbed towing services in and around Houston.

During a recent press conference, Miller said, "We have invested in a few high-end flatbed towing trucks. These trucks are all manufactured in and imported from Germany. A flatbed truck is capable of handling any sort of vehicle. We have included five flatbed trucks in our fleet during the first quarter of 2020 as these towing trucks are capable of towing any kind of vehicle, irrespective of its size, shape, weight or damage."

"We consider flatbed trucks as the safest means for towing and roadside assistance. Some of the trucks can even carry more than one vehicle. The risk of damage is almost zero as the wheels of the damaged or stranded vehicle are placed on the flatbed on the back of the truck. Our trained and licensed mechanics know perfectly how to mount the vehicles on the back of these flatbed cars and secure the cars. Sometimes, we just drive the cars up the flat bed, and other times, we use a winch to load the cars," added Miller.

The CEO and managing director of the Houston towing service business said, "We are committed to making lives easier for the Houston vehicle owners out there. Whenever they need towing service or very basic roadside assistance services, they can simply call our helpline number and we will assign the job to some expert within our team who is placed nearby."

360 Towing Solutions Dallas Started Offering Limo Towing Services in Dallas Area

DALLAS, Texas /ScoopCloud/ -- 360 Towing Solutions Dallas, one of the leading towing service providers in the Dallas area, recently started offering limo towing services in the Dallas area. The owners of the Dallas towing business formally announced the launch of the new service at a press conference held near the Dallas city central.

They said that limo towing is one of the most sought-after towing services in the area and to meet the growing demand of their clients, they have launched the service.

"Limousines are prized possessions and nobody wants to see their limos in damaged or stranded condition. Limos are often rented for city tours and wedding events and these cars should always look satiny and well-maintained. Unfortunately, like all other cars, limos can also break down in the middle of nowhere and it becomes a royal pain both for the chauffeur and the passengers to deal with a limo breakdown," said Richard Miller, the marketing head of the towing Dallas company.

"When limos are stranded due to mechanical failures, these expensive and high-end cars need to be towed in a way so the car doesn't get damaged. Thankfully, our trained professionals know how to tow expensive and heavy-duty cars like limousines and we take all the precautions so that the cars don't get damaged a bit. We offer fast and reliable limo towing services in and around the Fort Worth-Dallas metropolitan area now. Also, our prices are competitive, which means one can get highest value for money by availing of our limousine towing services", added Miller.

Aside from limo towing, towing service Dallas TX provider now also offers RV towing, box truck towing, semi towing, tire change, dump truck towing, bus towing, school bus towing, UPS towing, shipping container towing and all other types of heavy-duty towing services. According to Miller, their aim is to offer cost-effective towing services to the clients in and around Dallas.

The CEO and managing director of 360 Towing Solutions Dallas said, "We have been a leading player in the Dallas towing market and we will step up our game in the coming days by adding one after another service and focusing on quality of services."

350 Bay Area Action Creating Climate Report Cards for California and Local Candidates

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- Climate action group 350 Bay Area Action today announced climate report cards, to be issued for 2020 Bay Area candidates for the California Assembly and the state Senate. Local candidates in crucial city council and supervisorial races will also be rated. The group will endorse candidates rated as true climate champions in key regional legislative races, and selected candidates in local elections as well.

"Climate change is now the #1 priority for California voters, and climate impacts such as fires and drought are buffeting the state," said Judy Pope, co-lead of the 350 Bay Area Action Electoral Committee. "With our new climate report cards, we will make it easy for voters to act on climate, their #1 concern."

California is seen worldwide as a leader on climate change, ever since the passage of the Global Warming Solutions Act, Assembly Bill 32 (AB 32), in 2006. The 2020 goal, a reduction in greenhouse gas emissions to 1990 levels by 2020, was met in 2016.

A subsequent bill, SB 32, updated California's climate targets - which, while ambitious, are not aggressive enough to meet science-based requirements. And many local governments, in California and elsewhere, have passed Climate Emergency resolutions. But the state is falling behind the 2030 goal, a 40% cut from those levels.

"We are seeing a rapid increase in awareness, especially among young people, that the climate crisis is happening right here and right now," said Laura Neish, Executive Director of 350 Bay Area Action. "Politicians have often resisted these concerns in favor of moneyed interests. So we're setting out to help get people elected who are listening to all of their constituents, especially the young. We want to elect people who will lead on urgently implementing solutions that will reduce climate- and health-harming emissions."

350 Bay Area Action is now reaching out to general election candidates and their campaigns with a questionnaire, seeking their positions on climate-related issues relevant to California. Current bills include SB 54, which bans single-use plastics, and AB 345, which establishes a buffer zone around schools, health clinics, and homes from oil and gas infrastructure. Local governments are being urged to pass Climate Emergency resolutions, to require the decarbonization of new buildings, and more.

In the coming weeks, questionnaire results will be tabulated, and answers will be publicized. The group will then rate candidates, issue candidate report cards, and announce endorsements.

"It will be a busy few months for the team," said Pope. "We are looking forward to issuing our report card ratings and endorsing candidates - especially for local races, where climate is often ignored as a campaign issue. We expect to help create a new generation of climate champions - across California, and beyond."

360 Towing Solutions Austin Offers a Simple Solution for Overheating Trucks On the Road

AUSTIN, Texas /ScoopCloud/ -- 360 Towing Solutions Austin, one of the trusted towing Austin services, realizes that driving a truck is challenging. It seems that drivers face a bad day if there is something wrong with the truck on the roadside. Overheating is the most common problem, and most truck drivers don't understand the causes.

This is the importance of checking the truck regularly, especially before driving it for a long-distance trip. Drivers should check the cooling system first and make sure that there is no leaking on it. Leaking in the cooling system triggers overheating, and if it is too late to handle, the truck stops working, and it is possible to ignite. This towing company also suggests drivers check the oil every time they want to use the truck.

Most drivers don't realize that the truck is running out of oil, and they continue driving it. At a certain point, the system of the truck can't handle it anymore, and it triggers the overheating problem.

Overheating problems are difficult to solve, and it needs help from the expert. Tow truck Austin service offers a solution for drivers who face overheating problems on the roadside. It seems hard for them to find a truck dealer or fix the truck alone. By calling towing Austin TX, drivers can remove and transfer the damaged truck to the dealer or back to the headquarter for further inspection and repair process.

The Head of 360 Towing Solutions Austin suggests that truck drivers have to be ready for any bad things on the road, including overheating problems. They have to prepare a simple solution such as saving the phone number of a professional or trusted Austin towing company so they can contact the company immediately. This simple solution prevents panic, frustration, and worry because they know what to do. They will also get the solution faster and don't have to wait on the roadside too long only for waiting for backup from the headquarters or someone who passes the road. The company understands that drivers have to face rush hour, traffic, road construction, and many others that make them stressed and under pressure. It becomes worse, along with overheating problems where they can't drive the truck anymore. 360 Towing Solutions Austin is trying to reduce the stress by helping them to transport the damaged truck away from the road. It hopes that after that, drivers can focus on how to fix the truck so they can drive it again normally.

4Ry, USDA and Texas A&M AgriLife to Develop Innovative Spraying Technology for Cattle Fever Ticks

ALBUQUERQUE, N.M. /ScoopCloud/ -- 4Ry Inc. announced today that 4Ry(R) and Texas A&M AgriLife Research have signed a research agreement. They will collaborate with the USDA's Agricultural Research Service (ARS) to more efficiently and effectively spray cattle to eliminate cattle fever ticks.

Cattle fever ticks are vectors of pathogens causing bovine babesiosis, also known as cattle tick fever, and are the focus of the US Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program. The project will adapt 4Ry's Charge Injected Precision Spraying (ChIPS)(TM) for conductive fluids. Many pesticides registered to spray cattle are water-based, which makes them conductive.

Dr. Arnold Kelly, PhD, 4ry's Chief Technology Officer and cofounder, will modify 4Ry's patented Spray Triode Atomizer, the heart of the ChIPS system. Pete Teel, PhD, Texas A&M AgriLife Research entomologist, regents professor and interim department head, Department of Entomology will lead the project and provide administrative guidance. Field testing will be conducted by Texas A&M AgriLife Research and USDA ARS at the USDA-ARS Cattle Fever Tick Research Laboratory in Edinburg, Texas.

Meeting all the project milestones will document that the ChIPS system allows for more complete and targeted coverage of cattle with fewer environmental and operator health hazards. Charged spray droplets are attracted to the cow and thoroughly coat all areas with little aerosol drift or overspray. By reducing the amount of fluid sprayed and wasted, ChIPS more efficiently covers cattle, generates substantial cost savings, and reduces health and environmental risks.

"Successful development of our sprayer for conductive fluids will allow ranchers to integrate this technology for sustainable eradication of the invasive fever ticks that cost the cattle industry millions of dollars before they were eliminated from the U.S.," said David Bird, 4Ry's CEO. "The tick problem is particularly bad in South Texas counties that border Mexico. Our modified sprayer will also improve management of other livestock pests, so it will be welcomed wherever those pests are found in association with cattle production."

"Texas A&M AgriLife Research and the USDA, Agricultural Research Service have a long history of dedicated joint research efforts in support of the US Cattle Industry and the regulatory agencies responsible for the U.S. Cattle Fever Tick Eradication Program," Teel said. "The opportunity to collaborate with 4Ry, Inc., on the development and application of this new technology could significantly improve how cattle receive acaricide treatment to prevent the re-establishment of cattle fever ticks in the U.S."

About 4Ry

4Ry is based in Albuquerque. It is commercializing charge-injected atomization and spraying technologies invented by Dr. Arnold Kelly. For more information, please visit http://www.4rysprays.com.
