FREEDOM FIT LAUNCHES FREE COVID-19 At-Home Workouts Filmed Across America in Iconic Outdoor Locations, Available for Free on YouTube

NEW YORK, N.Y. /ScoopCloud/ -- Freedom Fit (https://freedom.fit) today announced their full-length workouts filmed all across America in beautiful locations would be available for free on their new YouTube channel Freedom Fit, in order to help people worldwide while in quarantine during COVID-19.

About a year ago, husband/wife team, Tyler and Jenny Ford (owners of Freedom.Fit) decided to take the ultimate road trip with their children in their trusty minivan from the west coast to the east coast. Filmmaker Tyler, loves to travel! Sitting for long periods of time is super hard for Jenny. She runs another successful YouTube fitness channel, so they came up with the perfect plan.

As they traveled across America, they stopped to film March (Walking) and Step Workouts at different iconic landmarks in each state, like Niagara Falls, the Statue of Liberty, Mt. Rushmore, Grand Teton National Park, USS Alabama Battleship Memorial Park, and Monument Valley. When they originally filmed, they never imagined these workouts would be so meaningful to so many during COVID-19!

While filming at different locations, reactions were varied. Texans were super friendly at Cadillac Ranch, bystanders at the Las Vegas Welcome Sign were a little annoyed and baffled with what they were doing, and they almost got arrested at Mt. Rushmore, but it was worth it! Feedback from exercisers all over the world have been phenomenal!

Each full-length workout has been shot with a professional touch, complete with clear audio, clean visuals, and will take exercisers through a muscularly balanced mind/body session. Viewers can choose where they want to "go" each day, even take a "vacation" based on the state they desire. Jenny Ford has been featured in many prominent media outlets and with her approachable demeanor, and easy to follow instructing style, participants will have fun and achieve excellent results while protecting their health.

At this uncertain time, Freedom.fit's small contribution to the world is to release 50 free workouts in each of the 50 States on the new Freedom Fit YouTube channel for participants of all levels.

Learn more at: https://freedom.fit

Here's what a few of those participants have said about the workouts on social media:
* Love the workouts... marching and stepping from the Scottish Highlands. - Rosie Dora
* Oh my goodness I needed this workout "in" Hawaii! I miss travel so much and this made me feel better. - Sarah Carr
* Western Australia here - love your step and marches! Thank you! Stay safe xx - SMc Mc
* I am very much enjoying the March Across America. It is lovely to see beautiful scenery in the background especially when we are on lockdown. I live in the UK, thank you for sharing. - Ellie Moore

‘Disinfecting of hotels like hospitals and healthcare facilities will be the new norm going forward’ says DisinfectHotels.com

FULLERTON, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- Standard routine chemical cleaning and sanitizing are not enough to battle the bacteria and viruses found in many hotel environments, says Disinfect Hotels (DisinfectHotels.com). UV-C surface and air treatments can be used as a disinfection measure to combat dangerous pathogens found in many hotel rooms and facilities.

DisinfectHotels.com is dedicated in bringing products, services, training and technologies specializing in the UV-C ultraviolet light disinfection technology. It is a non-chemical approach to disinfection. UV-C light destroys microorganisms, including bacteria, virus, protest, fungus and mold. Ultraviolet disinfection attacks the DNA/RNA of a cell, rendering it unable to reproduce or spread.

The high energy from short wavelength UV-C light is absorbed in the cellular RNA and DNA, damaging nucleic acids and preventing microorganisms from infecting and reproducing.

DisinfectHotels.com is committed to bringing disinfection products, services, technologies and the training to hotel maintenance and housekeeping departments that, up until now, have been exclusively utilized in hospitals, surgery rooms and other healthcare facilities to hotels using UV-C ultraviolet light technology.

Simple cleaning and sanitizing will not be enough. "Disinfecting of hotels like hospitals and healthcare facilities will be the new norm going forward," said Sabir S. Jaffer, Co-Founder of Disinfect Hotels.

For additional information and details regarding acquiring the products and training for your hotel facilities to implement routine disinfecting processes, please visit https://disinfecthotels.com/ to learn more.

Helping Powell’s Books and Small Retail Businesses Stay Operational During Pandemic

PORTLAND, Ore. /ScoopCloud/ -- Matter Supply Co. responds with a technology solution after Powell's Books layoffs. The company announced today that it will also donate significant efforts to create 20 eCommerce websites for small Portland-area retailers most threatened by closure during the outbreak.

Matter Supply Co. recently developed a Google Chrome extension to help Powell's Books become more visible to shoppers searching for titles on Amazon. Today the company launched its 20 in 20 Program aimed at supporting small brick and mortar retail businesses that are closed during quarantine without websites to sell their inventory.

The program will donate resources to create 20 eCommerce websites within 20 days for Portland business owners who apply and are deemed most at risk for permanent closure. Each site will be available to the selected applicants for $500.

The fee covers initial technology and ancillary service fees only. Portland small business owners can apply to the program now at https://localgoesglobal.com/.

"I love this city. Seeing so many closed store fronts is really difficult. As a small business owner, I feel this is the best way to help my community right now," says Joshua Redshaw, Principal at Matter Supply Co.

The company believes this effort will have more immediate, positive impact on the local business community at a time when small business owners wait in limbo for legislative decisions and scramble to garner other means of support. Matter Supply Co. will pilot the program in Portland, with hopes to expand the effort to other cities in the near future.

"If we can create online stores quickly for small retailers that don't have them, it might help save their brick and mortar locations while we figure out what the future holds," adds Redshaw.

Matter Supply Co. is an independent, Portland-based digital product studio focused on creating digital products and technology solutions that address real problems that people face every day.

Entrepreneurs Can Provide Millions of Masks to Hospitals to battle COVID-19

SANTA ROSA, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- Golden Eagle International LLC (GEI), a veteran owned global product developer and producer, announced today that they can provide tens of millions of FDA sanctioned KN95 and N95 Respirator Masks as well as Medical Face Shields from their global network to our brave healthcare workers who are literally begging for these items. These items will be delivered promptly, within 7 to 8 days after the customer places an order.

The demand for these items is mind boggling. The Business Insider recently reported that US Medical Workers would need 3.5 Billion face masks to fight the COVID-19 pandemic. As of March, we only had about 1% of that number.

Additionally, medical workers have been posting on social media about the horrific conditions they are facing, and how some are quitting their jobs because of the lack of personal protection equipment (PPE). "America is not prepared, and nurses are not being protected," says one anonymous nurse whose video recently went viral.

In an article posted in healthline.com, they report that Connecticut has at least 200 nurses who have been sidelined from their duties and put in isolation due to lack of testing. In Washington State, dozens of staffers at a nursing home tested positive for the coronavirus. In Pittsfield, Massachusetts, 160 employees of Berkshire Medical Center have been quarantined due to exposure to the virus.

"The problem is that there is just too much red tape for these large organizations like hospitals and government agencies to move quickly," says GEI's CEO Kyle O'Connor. "What we need is the public's help to spread the word and let the hospitals and medical workers on the front line know we have this life-saving equipment ready for procurement now."

In an effort to streamline these bureaucracies and coordinate the distribution of these PPEs, GEI has set up a website, https://fastmedequipment.com/.

This makes it easy for medical workers, hospitals and other organizations to place orders now, and get PPEs fast. For organizations wanting to procure larger orders or respirator masks, please contact GEI directly.

To contact GEI, or learn more about how they are fighting COVID-19 and how you can help, contact Bob Dietrich at bob@fastmedequipment.com, or call at 619-518-1907.

Inked Gaming Donates 15,000 Masks to Hospitals, First Responders

CORVALLIS, Ore. /ScoopCloud/ -- When healthcare workers around Oregon started asking for hand-sewn mask donations, Oregon-based gaming supplies company, Inked Gaming, answered the call. It quickly set its sewing team into action to create more than 15,000 face masks that will be donated to hospitals and first responders suffering from the state's personal protective equipment (PPE) shortage.

"I had two seamstresses who didn't have much work to do, so I thought we could help out and use our time and resources to give back," Thomas Pool, CEO, Inked Gaming, says. "We're donating these face masks to local hospitals, veterinary clinics, nursing homes, fire stations, delivery drivers and more."

While hand-sewn cloth masks do not offer the same protection as N95 and surgical masks, the CDC website on the Coronavirus states, "In settings where facemasks are not available, HCP might use homemade masks (e.g., bandana, scarf) for care of patients with COVID-19 as a last resort." (REF: https://www.cdc.gov/coronavirus/2019-ncov/hcp/ppe-strategy/face-masks.html ).

As a small, locally-owned company, Inked Gaming needed help funding the supplies, so for every face mask or face shield purchased on the company's website, Inked Gaming pledged to donate 19 additional masks.

"I never anticipated the amount of support we'd receive," Pool says.

Inked Gaming received enough orders to create more than their initial end goal of 10,000 face masks for donation in less than four days.

"We figured we would sell enough to keep our employees busy for the next couple months. We didn't expect to sell 500 through the weekend," Pool says. "We were amazed by the response and by how so many people were willing and wanting to help."

After so many were sold, the company was now faced with a decision of whether to shut down the operation or to lower the number.

"At 10,000 donated masks, we knew that if we kept up at the same pace, we would be putting ourselves in a position where we couldn't fulfill our promises," Pool explains. "After talking with the team, we decided that lowering the donation level, but staying with the cause would be best."

To account for this, Inked Gaming changed their pledge to donating an additional four masks for every one mask sold.

On Friday, April 3, President Donald Trump announced the recommendation that Americans should wear non-medical cloth face masks when in public. With these new guidelines, Inked Gaming reports seeing another significant increase in orders. Its team of two seamstresses is working hard to keep up with the number of masks to be sewn, while following all CDC and Oregon safety guidelines regarding COVID-19.

"We've had several local requests to help sew the donation masks too. Right now, that's the most helpful," Pool says. "We're wanting to get them out as soon as we can and the community's support has been so uplifting."

The company has also located a surgical mask supplier which will allow them to supplement some of its donations with higher quality masks, and reduce some of the strain on the small sewing team.

Inked Gaming plans to continue donating masks as long as they are able and there's a need. Face masks can be purchased at: https://www.inkedgaming.com/collections/face-masks-and-face-shields.

Cake in a Card? InstaCake Cards are Ideal Way to Share Virtual Celebrations

VANCOUVER, British Columbia /ScoopCloud/ -- InstaCake has figured out the perfect way for people to share their love - even if they're quarantined at home alone. These cakes in a card are ideal for just about anyone who has something to celebrate - a birthday, anniversary, job promotion and more.

Originally designed to help people celebrate birthdays together while apart, the current stay-at-home orders circling the globe, have opened up a whole new world for InstaCake. It's stepping up to help spread a little happiness and love and it just so happens to come with frosting on top.

"I've had many people share stories with me about their social media celebrations," Sarah Neal, the founder/creator of InstaCake, says. "For example, a group of business colleagues who were all working at home were able to share in a co-worker's birthday celebration. They all got online and their colleague opened the card, made the cake and blew out the candle. Everyone cheered her on."

Neal shares that from a young age, baking was always a passion. She worked in food technology for a large European frozen food supplier and learned some tricks of the trade that later helped her to launch InstaCake.

The clever card design incorporates all the elements for a delicious cake that can be made just about anywhere, anytime. All the recipient needs to do is add a few tablespoons of water and then place it in the microwave for one minute. There's frosting, sprinkles and a candle too.

"InstaCake is much more than a gimmick cake," Neal says. "I've been baking since I was six and had to create something that was not just fun and looked good, but tasted delicious too. This fits the bill."

All cakes are gluten and peanut free. They're made with real eggs, sugar, butter, rice flour and high-quality vanilla. After countless blind taste tests, a light, fluffy and flavorful cake emerged.

"Now people can have their cake in a card and eat it too," Neal says. "It's not just a novelty, it's a celebration in a box."

InstaCake's cards include a personalized message and are available with free delivery in North America. For outside mainland USA or worldwide orders, please visit: https://instacakecards.com/

Ombudsman Services of Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda Issues Statement on COVID-19 Outbreak at Orinda Convalescent Facility

PLEASANT HILL, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- At least 49 people test positive for the novel coronavirus at Orinda nursing home. "We are saddened to find out about the situation at the Orinda Care Center, where it has been reported 27 residents and 22 staff members have tested positive for COVID-19," says Nicole Howell, executive director of Ombudsman Services of Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda.

"These seniors are our community's most vulnerable and valuable members, and they deserve access to the highest level of care and protection we can provide. Ombudsman Services is privileged to serve these residents, and we are on standby to offer support and resources to them during this challenging time."

Nicole adds, "It is almost surreal that we are all faced with a situation that just a month ago, we could not have fathomed. We are hopeful as we see our country and communities rise to the challenge, seeking to protect our most vulnerable, but there is so much more to be done. This local outbreak underscores the urgent need for us to double up on our commitments to practice all safety guidelines for this virus while working to maintain high engagement and connection with our seniors. We call on all members of our community to connect with the old adults in their lives via phone call, Zoom, social media, email, and other forms of digital communication."

"Unfortunately, our most vulnerable seniors are those in long-term care facilities like Orinda Care Center, and they require the most protection. To ensure their safety, it is of utmost importance that facilities and caregivers have access to all necessary personal protective equipment (PPE)," Howell goes on to say. "Further, facility staff should only be working at one facility to prevent possible spread to other facilities and should be compensated accordingly."

Nicole emphasizes, "We call upon cities, counties, elected officials, and all citizens to engage in this process and ensure that senior care facilities have the necessary supplies, food, and means to keep their residents safe. We hope you will all join us in taking a stand and ensuring that our seniors are safe."

About Nicole Howell:
As the executive director for Ombudsman Services of Contra Costa, Solano and Alameda, Nicole is responsible for ensuring that the nearly 500,000 seniors in those counties have access to the highest level of care and respect and, above all, are able to live free of abuse and neglect.

Throughout her decadelong career in the nonprofit community, Nicole has helped cultivate change through a belief that there are power and equity in shared leadership. ‘Ain’t Too Proud’ Star, Jawan Jackson, Hits a High Note with Students During Pandemic

FREDERICK, Md. /ScoopCloud/ -- Phenomenology, Inc., an innovative production model in the performing arts, is teaming up with Jawan Jackson, star of the hit Broadway musical "Ain't Too Proud: The Life and Times of the Temptations," to encourage high school musical theater students in Frederick, Maryland.

With statewide shutdowns across Maryland, due to the coronavirus (COVID-19) public health emergency, many theater students who would have otherwise performed in their high school musicals during the spring semester will be unable to showcase their talent, on stage, this year. As a result, Jeffery Keilholtz, CEO/Artistic Director of Phenomenology, decided to take action.

"We were encouraged by many Broadway stars who have used their social media platforms to inspire students during the COVID-19 challenge," said Keilholtz of he and his organization's Board of Directors, "so we chose to join forces with one of the kindest and most talented musical theater actors on Broadway, to lift the spirts of students who go to school in Frederick County."

In cooperation with Jackson, the "Ain't Too Proud" sensation agreed to "be the audience" for Frederick County high musical theater students, Keilholtz explains. For a set period of time, students are able to post the songs they would have otherwise sung on stage and post them online. In turn, Jackson will view the posts and provide a personalized message of encouragement for those that do.

Jackson has also agreed to answer questions posed by some of the students in a private email exchange, arranged by Phenomenology. "We hope to create a safe space for students to still perform, and also provide a mentorship opportunity with one of Broadway's top performers," says Keilholtz. "It's the least we can do for Frederick County students and we couldn't be more thrilled to have a powerhouse like Jawan as a partner."

Now through April 25, Frederick County high school students can participate when they post a song they sing to their own social media pages and tag Phenomenology or post directly to one of the organization's social media platforms on Facebook (@phenoart), Twitter (@phenoart) or Instagram (@phenoart2).

Towing Companies in US Profit from the Poor Without Government Intervention says Fair Towing Alliance

WASHINGTON, D.C. /ScoopCloud/ -- The Fair Towing Alliance insists that as Congress drafts additional COVID-19 relief legislation, that they reconsider current laws and practices on car towing that devastate poor families and force individuals into unsafe homeless shelters, all while the government and towing companies profit.

The COVID-19 response requires individuals to be sequestered in controlled spaces. However, current parking laws put families experiencing vehicular homelessness at risk. As reported in 2019 by CityLab, several religious organizations and nonprofits have begun creating "safe parking areas" for people living in their vehicles. These services are extremely rare and most poor families are subject not only to losing their car, but hefty fines and fees as well.

The recent report "Towed Into Debt: How Towing Practices in California Punish Poor People," revealed that in California, the average cost to get back a towed car is $1,100 and in one month alone, Los Angeles towed 9,400 vehicles. In San Francisco, 50 percent of vehicles towed for unpaid parking tickets and 57 percent for lapsed registration were never recovered by their owners. Instead, these cars were sold at auctions. By continuing to enforce these laws, families and individuals will be forced into homeless shelters, increasing their risk of contracting and spreading COVID-19.

"It is essential that government agencies not order the towing of people's cars at a time when those actions may increase the risk of entire families contracting a deadly virus," says William Wallish Gorman, the founder of the Fair Towing Alliance and former decorated police officer.

Gorman adds, "Private for-profit towing companies must cease towing vehicles for non-emergency and non-public safety reasons. Across the world businesses have taken honorable actions. We expect no less from for-profit towing companies that have long reaped the benefits of towing and selling the cars of poor families after they were unable to pay the exorbitant fees. Private towing companies should publicly commit to not sell these cars at auctions."

In addition to increased threats from COVID-19, individuals who lose their car are at increased risk for prolonged poverty. Research from the University of Tennessee, Knoxville found that unemployed people with cars were more likely to find jobs and leave welfare than those who do not have cars. Those who have a car, after leaving welfare, are twice as likely to be employed for 18-24 months than individuals without a car.

Gorman further stated, "Many of the employees who have lost their jobs are the working poor who staff businesses that drive local economies. We want everyone to obey the law, have a job, work hard, be free of government assistance, and do right by their families. Fulfilling these responsibilities should not be constrained by excessive government actions and companies that prey upon poor families. Now is the time for our lawmakers to defend the poor from unjust business practices, poverty, and COVID-19."

The Fair Towing Alliance raises awareness of laws and policies regarding the towing of cars and their disproportionate impact on the poor. Learn more at: https://www.TowJam.org.

Aaron Ozee Launches Regulus Movie Using Amazon Prime During Pandemic

CHICAGO, Ill. /ScoopCloud/ -- Aaron Ozee, celebrity author of the bestselling children's book, "Regulus" (ISBN: 978-1387010790), has officially launched the Regulus movie on Amazon Prime entertaining families on COVID-19 "lockdown."

With news of the "Regulus" movie premiering before the scheduled release date, and the inclusion of the movie on Amazon Prime, an unprecedented grouping of legendary actors, musicians, comics, political leaders, authors, film makers, athletes, and motivational speakers have expressed support.

Some names such as Tony Hawk, Akon, Drake Bell, Sean Astin, Paula Deen, and the former Governor of Illinois, Rod Blagojevich, have captivated the public as being among those who love "Regulus."

The event scheduled to celebrate the release of the "Regulus" movie in the suburbs of Chicago has been cancelled due to growing concerns around the COVID-19 outbreak. The event was set to be held at the Hollywood Palms Cinema in the Village of Naperville for July 25, 2020 but had to be shut down as the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) introduced more restrictions.

"Every person has dreams. We find ourselves searching for the purpose that life has given us, but that purpose needs time before it can be understood," said Ozee during this announcement. "Attending the premiere for a new movie has been among my favorite aspirations, but going one step further, the premiere for a movie created from my own hands. Just when you think life is giving you everything you ever wanted. Go back and think again. We never saw this pandemic coming, and even though celebrating the release of the 'Regulus' movie would have been an unforgettable experience, the movie was produced and is available on Amazon Prime. That is a celebration enough."

Bizarros Studio, the production group responsible for acquiring the "Regulus" movie rights, issued the first summary report to Ozee showing the rentals and purchases made on the official website, and despite certain information being locked, Bizarros Studio confirmed sales have been soaring beneath the shadow of this unexpected health disaster. Based on the stop-motion animated films that have been released during 2020, according to predictions that Bizarros Studio has made, the "Regulus" movie is on the path to becoming one of the most popular stop-motion films of the year.

For those who cannot stream the "Regulus" movie on Amazon Prime, you can rent or purchase the film on Amazon without a Prime Membership. And, for those who do not have a profile through Amazon, just visit the official website for the Regulus movie at https://www.regulusmovie.com.

Online Retailer, Bows-N-Ties.com, Sends Out 10,000 Free KN95 Respirator Masks to All Their Customers

SAN FRANCISCO, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- Online men's tie and accessory retailer Bows-N-Ties.com is sending free protective respirator masks with every order they ship out. The first 10,000 orders they ship will receive a free mask. Bows-N-Ties ships to more than 50 countries and aims to flatten the curve of COVID-19 by sending out the newly FDA approved KN95 respirator masks to all customers.

"We want to do our part and help contain the spread of the coronavirus," says Bows-N-Ties founder and CEO Hendrik Pohl. The retailer is using their existing supply chain with China to import these masks.

"Thankfully we already have an agent overseas who manages the entire import process, and ensures all masks carry proper certification. Sadly, there are just too many counterfeit products and scams out there," explains Pohl.

The masks are shipped via the retailer's existing fulfillment warehouse and are added to every order at no cost.

"Our business took a huge hit because so many events where customers wear our products, have all been canceled. So instead of laying off our entire fulfillment team, we decided to ship out masks at no cost with every order. We think it is a win-win: We don't have to lay off any employees, and we help people protect themselves from getting sick," says Pohl.

The retailer will start shipping the respirators with every online order placed after April 7, 2020. There is no minimum purchase required to receive the free masks.

"It is our goal to send out as many masks as possible", says Pohl. After the initial 10,000 masks ran out, the retailer already secured more shipments. Besides adding free masks to every order, the retailer is helping hospitals procure masks at cost.

"If anyone needs masks in bulk, then we will gladly help with the import process at no cost. We can get 100,000 masks shipped and delivered within 7 business days and the factory we work with has a capacity of 3 Million masks per week," says Pohl.

Bows-N-Ties.com is a small family owned online retailer specializing in the design and production of men's ties, bow ties, suspenders, vests, and other accessories. The company was started in 2007 in San Francisco California and currently has 7 employees.

Papa Partners with FlexCare to Expand Services to Families

MIAMI, Fla. /ScoopCloud/ -- Papa, a nationwide provider for older adults and families announced today its partnership with FlexCare, LLC to provide employer groups Papa's nationwide services. This partnership allows FlexCare's employer groups to benefit from Papa Pals' companionship, transportation, technology assistance, and light household chores. Papa and FlexCare will start their partnership immediately and continue to alleviate the loneliness epidemic among family members and provide respite to employees.

"Papa is excited to welcome FlexCare to the partnership family as we continue to uplift employees' family members with face-to-face or virtual companionship visits," said Founder and CEO Andrew Parker.

Currently 1 in 6 Americans working full-time or part-time report assisting with the care of an elderly or disabled family member, relative, or friend (*see note 1). In an AARP study, 69% of working caregivers caring for a family member or friend reported they had to rearrange their work schedule, decrease their hours, or take an unpaid leave in order to meet their caregiving responsibilities. In fact, most caregivers experience at least one change in their employment due to caregiving such as cutting back work hours, taking a leave of absence, receiving a warning about performance/attendance, among others (*see note 2).

With Papa and FlexCare working together, the partnership can help improve unmet needs for care and improve access to care for older adults and families. This will also reduce stress and increase well-being for family caregivers who work full-time positions.

FlexCare is excited to partner with Papa in providing caregiver/companionship services to the employer market. We view this as a tremendous opportunity to provide a valuable benefit to employers and their employees, said Principal Lee Shoemake.

According to a recent study from Harvard Business School, businesses are oblivious to the number of employees who are caring for family at home.

It may seem, on the surface, that this is something businesses can just ignore, but in reality, as unemployment is dropping, the number of family caregivers is rising. That's only going to grow more as the cost of health care rises and our population ages. Almost 44 million people are acting as unpaid caregivers in the United States alone.

More than 80% of the employees surveyed said their caregiving duties impacted their work, yet less than 25% of employers felt that caregiving impacted the work of the very same employees.

FlexCare is committed to fulfilling this important employee benefit which will not only assist with reducing absenteeism but also provide a value benefit to each employee and their family members.

Remote Online Notarization Taking Hold in Florida, NotaryCam Reports

NEWPORT BEACH, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- NotaryCam(R), the pioneering leader in online notarization and original provider of mortgage eClosing solutions, announced it has observed a significant increase in remote online notarization (RON) adoption and utilization for real estate transactions in Florida over the past three months. Since January 1, which is the date Florida's RON law went into effect, the company has experienced a 100% month-over-month increase in RON closings.

"With such a high concentration of property transactions being executed by out-of-state residents, Florida represents a great use case for RON," said NotaryCam Founder and CEO Rick Triola. "Our volume of Florida RON closings is doubling almost every other day, and we have signed hundreds of new partners in the past three months. We're thankful that Florida real estate professionals have embraced RON quickly and whole-heartedly to enable their clients' transactions to proceed faster and smoother than ever before."

According to the Florida Realtors(R) association, international buyers accounted for 36,400 of all existing home sales in the state between August 2018 and July 2019, which represents $16 billion in volume. The association also estimates that the vacation/rental-home business accounted for $27.4 billion in sales within the state in 2018. In addition, Florida also has four out of the top 10 cities on the U.S. News & World Report "Best Places to Retire" list for 202), including Fort Myers at No. 1, Sarasota and No. 2, Port St. Lucie at No. 5 and Jacksonville at No. 6.

For Florida-based real estate closing attorney and NotaryCam client Jordan Lulich of Lulich Attorneys and Consultants, the availability of user-friendly technology has made RON a popular option with clients across all demographics.

"We have started offering digital real estate closings to Florida sellers and buyers. I thought this would only be popular among younger clients. However, to my surprise, even older clients have been able to successfully complete the closings through NotaryCam," Lulich said. "The technological support and guidance that is offered is really top notch, and I have only heard positive feedback from the real estate agents and clients that I work with. We continue to push all of our clients to close digitally as it makes the process easier for everyone."

"I have been part of many closings where I've had clients close in other states or areas, but never live," said Robenson Juste, a broker associate at EXP Realty and based in Indian River County, Fla., which includes Vero Beach. "Mr. Lulich was able to do an online closing with the seller. This process with Mr. Lulich was very smooth and effortless. It created a unique digital experience where we all shared the joy together even though we were all in different places, creating one happy seller experience."

"I have had on two different occasions clients who were not able to attend the in-person closings at our office," said Michael Salazar, a Miami-based broker with Luxury Property Realty. "Rather than stress about ensuring the mobile notary would be able to accommodate a mail away closing, we scheduled an online closing through NotaryCam. I was nervous at first because I can be old school in terms of having in-person closings. However, to my surprise, the process was so smooth, and even my elderly clients seemed to enjoy it. Now, whenever we get the chance, I always try to do an online closing because I enjoyed it so much"

Additionally, according to Lulich, the increase in RON activity was especially pronounced during March and into April with in-state buyers and sellers due to concerns and regulations surrounding COVID-19.

"For the past six months, I have been passionately talking about RON closings only to be faced with skepticism and reluctancy," Lulich explained. "However, now clients, customers and vendors are flocking to have their closings completed digitally. RON closings will be extremely useful and more popular in the coming weeks in light of Florida Governor Ron DeSantis' stay-at-home order issued on April 1."

On March 18, U.S. Senators Mark Warner (D-Va.) and Kevin Cramer (R-N.D.) introduced Senate Bill 3533, also known as the SECURE Notarization Act, which would legalize RON nationwide. The bill was introduced in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, which has prompted several states and municipalities to issue "shelter-in-place" or "stay-at-home" orders and individuals to practice social distancing in an effort to slow the spread of the disease. In addition, many states have also issued temporary RON provisions to address the challenges of conducting in-person notarization transactions during the pandemic.

"Given the current climate, in-person closings simply are not an option for the foreseeable future," Triola added. "As Florida has demonstrated, the ability to conduct real estate closings remotely is critical to preventing this sector from grinding to a complete halt. NotaryCam applauds all efforts to make RON an option in all 50 states."

About NotaryCam

After pioneering the world's first multi-party/multi-state remote online notarization (RON), career real estate executive Rick Triola founded NotaryCam and completed the first mortgage remote online closing (ROC) in 2014. Today, NotaryCam is the leader in online notarization and mortgage eClosing solutions, having notarized documents worldwide for hundreds of thousands of customers in all 50 states and more than 146 countries. OSCEOLA, Iowa /ScoopCloud/ -- Since the WHO announced the Coronavirus / COVID-19 pandemic status in early March, long-term care facilities have been on the front lines of the health and safety battle, notes the Clarke County Development Corporation (CCDC). With senior citizens being some of the most "at risk" from the virus, the need for protective gear - from essential N95 hospital-grade face-masks to personal protective equipment (PPE), like gloves and gowns - have been in high demand and access has been limited. That's where the manufacturing community in Clarke County and Osceola, Iowa stepped up.

Earlier in the week, the Clarke County Development Corporation (CCDC) started working with the staff at Southern Hills Specialty Care facility in Osceola to procure additional essential supplies to help with the safety and protection of their 89 senior residents. Asking for donations or additional support from the manufacturing industry, Bill Trickey, Executive Director of the CCDC and Destiny Boeve, Administrator for Southern Hills were able to collect a generous supply of masks as well as some other essential items.

Altec's Osceola body plant was instrumental in donations, providing 3,000 latex gloves for the facility. And SIMCO Drilling Equipment, Inc, donated a surplus of high-grade masks and gloves as soon as the call was made.

"Having been part of the Osceola and Clarke County community for decades, we simply wanted to help wherever we could," said Darren Swolley, General Manager at SIMCO. "These are the times when community means more than ever."

Other local businesses, including Cathy's Auto Body and Cactus Farms, were also quick to join in the roundup of supplies. The team at Boyt Harness donated thousands of masks from their Missouri plant to hospitals and facilities in need there.

"This is what makes my job such a pleasure," said Trickey. "When the community is in need, our business network knows how to deliver."

Southern Hills staff members, residents, family members and friends alike have joined together to help with the cause, sewing from mask templates for residents and staffers to use while other donation efforts are in the works. Boeve's own grandmother, Kathy Klein sewed 100 masks for the staff and is working on washable gowns for the program. Southern Hills staffer and CNA, Amy Allen brought her seamstress talents back in her off hours just to help with the production as well.

With the influx of masks and gloves, the need for other safety materials has become a priority. Materials for sewing additional masks as well as gowns and other PPEs are still needed to help the staff properly care for the residents.

"We couldn't be more blessed," said Boeve. "Our community really knows how to come together in a time of crisis."

Boeve went on to stress the need for basic sewing materials like needles and thread for additional masks for mending gowns. And the donation of more N95 masks, gowns, or PPEs remains on the priority list for the foreseeable future.

If you have access to the items needed for the care of the residents at Southern Hills or have items you can donate, please reach out to Destiny Boeve at Southern Hills Care Center, 444 N W View Drive, Osceola, IA 50213, phone: 641-342-6061.

TryTank Experimental Lab launches ‘Dial-A-Priest’

PALM SPRINGS, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- TryTank Experimental Lab is making Dial-A-Priest available to hospitals around the country starting Tuesday, April 7, 2020. Dial-A-Priest is a free service that connects callers to an Episcopal clergyperson who can offer the "Ministration at the Time of Death" from the Book of Common Prayer by telephone to hospital patients.

The hotline can be reached 24 hours a day at (213) 423-3600. The number can easily be found at www.dialapriest.com. On mobile devices the site functions as one-click dialing.

"The anticipated number of people who will die from this pandemic will be too large for our hospitals medically and has already exceeded what the Church can respond to pastorally," said the Rev. Lorenzo Lebrija, director of the TryTank. "Too many people are dying at the same time, and without the physical presence of a local pastor. This is a way to use the gifts of clergy from all over the United States to help where there is the most need."

While the clergy on the hotline are all Episcopal, they will offer the prayers to any person who wishes to receive them.

After conceiving the idea, TryTank put out a call to mainly retired Episcopal priests through Facebook and other channels. Within hours more than 75 volunteers had been screened and were undergoing orientation on how to use the system.

"What strikes me about this tragedy is how alone everyone is. We are all alone in our various isolations," the Rev. Alice Downs said. "But through this project I can reach into someone's aloneness. From way over here on an island off the coast of Maine I can say to someone dying alone those ancient sacred words that bind us as one people."

TryTank Experimental Laboratory for Church Growth and Innovation is a joint project between Virginia Theological Seminary and the General Theological Seminary. TryTank offers inventive approaches to the challenges facing the Episcopal Church. Working in partnership across the Episcopal Church, TryTank works to understand the forces threatening the church in order to identify creative ways to equip future leaders to reinvigorate the church.

Unlike nothing else on the market, this state-of-the-art protection and defense wear incorporates features that are not only high-tech, but stylish too.

An acclaimed team of veterans from the fields of fashion and defense have come together to develop and design the next generation of futuristic, fashionable and functional ready-to-wear for defense and non-defense professionals. And, in an effort to introduce the product to the mass market, it's launched a crowdfunding campaign on IndieGoGo.

"We're living in turbulent times and our Kevlar-wear delivers protection, performance and readiness for all walks of life," Diego Pipoli, CEO, Gattopardo. "We've tested our products with special forces in Europe and they were given an overwhelming seal of approval."

From laborers, medical personnel, EMTs and preppers to hunters, outdoor enthusiasts, police officers and more, these Kevlar jackets can be worn anywhere, anytime. They'll go from night to day; from the desert to the tundra; to the city and the country and all points in between.

Made in the U.S., this tactical wear combines Italian design with Japanese innovation. For men and women, high-tech features include a removable RFID pocket for keeping items such as credit cards, communication devices, GPS-locators and ID safe and secure. It's guaranteed that people cannot be geolocated, have their conversations captured or have their ID compromised in anyway. There's even a built-in heating system in select models.

Kevlar jackets are available in three different styles as well as a vest version. Options go from basic to super loaded. The jackets' interior is designed to evenly spread out the weight of firearms and tools around the upper body, so that people can move quickly while their firearms and tools stay firmly in place.

Gattopardo products are quite simply the new definition of protection and defense wear for professionals and non-professionals alike.

"There's just nothing else like this out there," Pipoli says. "We're confident that our products will exceed market expectations. And, there's more to come."

Kids Staying Home From School can Keep Busy with a Spotted Lanternfly Egg Hunt in the Yard

HUNTINGDON VALLEY, Pa. /ScoopCloud/ -- Spotted Lanternfly are beautiful but destructive insects that have invaded Pennsylvania. The good news is kids can help get rid of Spotted Lanternfly! The experts at Giroud Tree and Lawn share why these are bad bugs, and what kids need to know to go on a Spotted Lanternfly Egg Hunt!

What Is Spotted Lanternfly?

Spotted Lanternfly is a dangerous, invasive pest. Invasive means this insect is from another country and it has invaded the United States. Spotted Lanternfly came from Asia to the United Sates a few years ago. They've been multiplying and spreading all over the country! If Americans don't stop them from spreading, they can cause big problems.

Why Is Spotted Lanternfly Bad?

Spotted Lanternfly are a problem in many ways because they:
* destroy grapes, apples, and other important crops that are grown by farmers in America.
* damage trees when they feed from them.
* make a sticky mess when they are eating, dripping something called "honeydew" down on to anything underneath them.
* attract stinging bees who love to eat the honeydew they drip!

What do Spotted Lanternfly Look Like?

The Spotted Lanternfly go through 4 different life cycles.

1. Nymphs, black with white dots - the insects hatch from their eggs in May.

2. Nymphs, red with white dots and black marks- you can sometimes see little black nymphs and bigger red nymphs at the same time

3. Adults - In July, the insects get wings! The underside of their wings looks a lot more colorful than the top, so it's important to know what the wings look like on both sides!

4. Egg Masses - Starting in late September, the females will lay their eggs and cover them with a protective substance that hardens to look like clay. These egg masses will stay there all winter long until the next generation of nymphs hatches the following May.

How Kids Can Help Stop the Spread of Spotted Lanternfly

Spotted Lanternfly can lay their eggs anywhere, even underneath a slide!

Now is the perfect time to go on Spotted Lanternfly Egg Hunt! Kids can outside and check all the trees in the front and backyard. If kids find anything that looks like an egg mass, scrape it off with a stick or a card and destroy them by dropping them in a baggy with hand sanitizer or rubbing alcohol.

After kids have checked all the trees on the property, it's time to look for Spotted Egg Masses in other places. The adult females lay eggs pretty much anywhere! They usually lay them in places where the eggs will be out of sight from hungry predator bugs. Look on the underside of outdoor tables and chairs, railings, playhouses, swing sets and slides.

Kids can even make these Spotted Lanternfly egg hunts a part of the Easter celebrations. Just for fun, kids can check out this cool video of a Spotted Lanternfly in a battle with a Praying Mantis! Who will win? https://youtu.be/mfwuhTBr4UQ

Mind Flow Hypnosis Extends Free Virtual Hypnosis Session to Healthcare Workers

LOS ANGELES, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- For first responders and healthcare practitioners seeking relief from COVID-19-induced stress and fear, Mind Flow Hypnosis is answering the call. It's currently offering a free hypnosis session via Zoom or Skype in an effort to do its part to help nurses and other healthcare practitioners during this global pandemic.

Healthcare workers are on the front lines of COVID-19 and anxiety and fear are natural responses. Mind Flow Hypnosis is working with them to navigate and handle these feelings as best it can.

"These online sessions are extremely effective for stress, fear and anxiety - all of which compromise the immune system - and are designed to help people feel more comfortable and safer in their environment," Carmela Tunzi, Mind Flow Hypnosis, says.

Tunzi says she had a recent consult with an ER nurse who was feeling overwhelmed and concerned about a shortage of personal protective equipment (PPE). She was having difficulty sleeping and keeping a clear head in a time when she needed it most. She was panicked and frustrated all at once.

"I listened very carefully during the consultation," Tunzi says. "I offered a free hypnosis session to her and, via Zoom, we customized a session to bring her relief."

Twenty minutes after the session, this nurse reported she felt as if she had just taken a rejuvenating and much needed nap. She was calm and relaxed. Hypnosis helps to calm the nervous system and the fright/flight response.

"We see the world through images our mind creates and hypnosis is a great tool to combat negative emotions while providing a sense of calm," Tunzi explains. "Mind Flow Hypnosis is here to help."

Triola is a two-time Tech All-Star award winner, having also earned the honor in 2017 for NotaryCam's eClose360 platform. This year, Triola was recognized for his work in driving industry adoption of remote online notarization (RON) and remote online closings (ROC). Thanks to his educational efforts and grassroots advocacy for RON throughout the country, nearly half of all U.S. states will have a permanent RON law in effect by the end of 2020. Many of these states have simply opted to adopt the Revised Uniform Law on Notarial Acts (RULONA) developed by the Uniform Law Commission - an effort in which Triola was heavily involved.

Due to current events related to the COVID-19 (coronavirus) pandemic, emergency RON authorizations are being passed in states that did not previously have RON laws on their books, and there is also a bill pending in the U.S. Senate - the Securing and Enabling Commerce Using Remote and Electronic (SECURE) Notarization Act of 2020 - to allow RON nationwide.

"Since founding NotaryCam in 2012, I have striven not only to offer NotaryCam clients the best and most comprehensive RON platform available, but also to stay ahead of the curve on innovation and lead the charge on adoption," stated Triola. "While emergency legislation relating to a pandemic isn't how we wanted those benefits to become known, I hope that NotaryCam can provide a beacon of light right now for states as they issue immediate emergency measures to authorize RON, as well as later on should federal efforts also succeed."

Amped Kitchens Announces Accelerated Timeline for New Chicago Location

CHICAGO, Ill. /ScoopCloud/ -- In the face of the COVID-19 crisis, many food producers are scrambling to find food production spaces that meet unprecedented, rapidly evolving needs. To fulfill those needs, Amped Kitchens announced it will move ahead with plans to open its new Chicago location - providing best-in-class food-safe, sanitized and fully-permitted production spaces for up to 64 food producers.

The new facility is in Northwest Chicago, just minutes from major centers, including Logan Square and Albany Park. "Think of it as an apartment building for commercial food producers," says Brian Albert, Chief Managing Officer and co-founder of Amped Kitchens. "We provide the infrastructure, facilities and expertise needed by producers so they can focus on the business of producing, marketing and delivering their product safely and efficiently. They will be surrounded by some of the best food producers in the country and our team of professionals will be on the ground day one to help support their needs."

The new Chicago location represents an almost-$30 million investment to convert a former Zenith factory into a bustling food production complex. The building will house 64 independent, exclusive production spaces and support an estimated 250 jobs in the community. Company leaders say building community and providing jobs during this time is core to our business model. "We're proud to breathe new life into buildings that had sat vacant," says Mott Smith, CEO and co-founder of Amped Kitchens. "We're ready to see this new facility become a vibrant hub of food production, jobs, innovation, and quality."

According to Smith, each location is built on solid financial and business foundations, with an eye to the future: "As with all our locations, we own this property, so we're in this for the long haul. We've invested in major power, HVAC and plumbing systems to support our tenants. Especially now, food producers need the room to grow and thrive in unexpected ways."

Features of the Chicago area facility include:
* 64 pre-approved state-of-the-art food production spaces
* Health & Safety Support
* Expedited permit processing with the Cook County Department of Health
* Multiple loading docks
* Logistics assistance, attended docks and staffed warehouse
* USDA office onsite
* Accommodations for gluten-free, kosher, organic and third-party certifications
* Good access to expressways and trucking lines
* On-site parking
* Office space & conference rooms

Leadership at Amped expected demand in Chicago to be strong, but the COVID-19 pandemic has highlighted the need for our production spaces.

"Chicago is a world-class culinary city and the nation's Number One food production center," says Albert. "We're proud we can provide solutions for these producers to deliver what the public needs safely and efficiently while we pull together as a nation."

About Amped Kitchens

Amped Kitchens develops and operates facilities that lease premium production spaces to a broad range of food companies. The company's mission is to empower food businesses to grow, enter new markets and develop products faster and with less capital. New SunLogix Virginia Warehouse Offers Crucial Storage Capacity for Solar Energy Industry

DANVILLE, Va. /ScoopCloud/ -- SunLogix, a leading provider of logistics services exclusively to the solar energy industry, today announced it has acquired 500,000 square feet of warehousing space in Danville, Virginia. The warehouse provides additional space on the East Coast for Safe Harbor storage, long-term storage and short-term space to store solar power equipment in the event of project delays or other reasons.

"This warehouse will provide the solar energy industry with important access to long-term and short-term storage space," said David DesVerney, Director of Business Development at SunLogix. "With today's economic turmoil we believe it is important to provide the industry with easy-to-access storage in the event projects are temporarily halted or work slows down."

"The warehouse also provides the industry with storage space to take advantage of Safe Harbor provisions for solar energy equipment," he added.

Additionally, as renewable energy, including solar power, become increasingly important sources of energy, the warehouse will provide valuable storage space for renewable energy providers and contractors.

The warehouse is located in southern Virginia and offers eight dock doors. It is capable of accommodating 20 truckloads per day. The Commonwealth of Virginia does not tax storage of modules, which offers a competitive advantage to solar energy contractors who store materials at the location said DesVerney.

"Companies who elected to Safe Harbor equipment are facing the challenge of how to store it in a cost-effective way," said DesVerney. "SunLogix is providing that solution with low, long-term rates at the Danville facility."

Nationally, SunLogix currently has more than 700 megawatts of solar panels in its inventory at its nine other warehouse locations in the U.S. and the inventory is growing rapidly. The company's warehouses are strategically located near some of the country's busiest ports. SunLogix's other warehouses are located in Norfolk, VA; Charleston, SC; Savannah, GA; Newark, NJ; Los Angeles, CA; Oakland, CA; Houston, TX, Canton, MA; and Denver, CO.

According to DesVerney, SunLogix's ability to provide near-site storage and transportation helps minimize the cost to the customer.

About SunLogix

For more than 35 years SunLogix has specialized in providing world-class logistics services exclusively to the solar power industry. In partnership with clients, SunLogix develops custom logistic solutions for transportation, storage and warehousing, and project management needs. ROKiT Pharma’s Preclinical Studies Showing Tremendous Promise for Naturally Derived Cancer Drug, ROK-001 – Moving Towards The Initiation Of Phase 1b/2 Clinical Trial

LOS ANGELES, Calif. /ScoopCloud/ -- ROKiT Pharma, Inc., a public-benefit corporation dedicated to putting patients first, announced today it is rapidly progressing through final preclinical studies and moving forward with preparation for the initiation of a Phase 1b/2 clinical trial of ROK-001, a potentially low toxicity cancer drug derived from natural ingredients.

During the Phase 1b trial, ROKiT Pharma's goal will be to determine the safety and tolerability of the drug in humans, as well as understand the pharmacokinetic and pharmacodynamic properties. If ROK-001 gains IND approval, ROKiT Pharma would like to open its first clinical trial during the summer of 2020. Discussions are currently underway with two prominent hospitals for this trial.

"The University of Sydney found the naturally occurring compounds on Kangaroo Island, we then completed our multiyear process of developing the synthetic processes and patenting the compound and related analogs," said Dean Becker, chairman and CEO of ROKiT Pharma and globally recognized leader in IP strategy. "Our plan is to produce large quantities of the drug - enough for universal need - so that we can really help people combat this disease through more natural sources. Unleashing nature is our goal - we want to provide these potentially life prolonging drugs, in oral pill form, at a projected cost under $1,500 per month."

The patented chemical platform of ROKiT Pharma's key drugs have unprecedented in vitro and in vivo efficacy on 29 major types of cancer (intriguingly, showing activity on p53, AP-1, and NF-kB). Importantly, selective toxicity of ROK-001 on cancer cells rather than non-neoplastic (healthy) cell lines account for its' high therapeutic index, while safety profile evaluations confirm that the compound exerts no genotoxicity nor cardiotoxicity.

Given these results, ROKiT Pharma narrowed its focus for its' first clinical trial to some of the worst cancers that have no current cure - pancreatic and brain (specifically Glioblastoma Multiforme and patients who have had metastases to the brain from other organs).

"Once ROKiT Pharma is able to get FDA approval in one adult cancer type, we plan to divert our focus to childhood cancers," said John Paul DeJoria, ROKiT co-founder and founder of Paul Mitchell Systems and Patron Tequila. "As ROKiT continues to grow globally, we are continuing to add companies that really fulfill our humanitarian goals. Success unshared is failure."

The naturally derived anticancer compounds used to create ROK-001 were discovered through the propolis of Ligurian honey bees only found on Kangaroo Island, which lies off the mainland of South Australia. Propolis is a mixture of beeswax, saps and resins.

In animal studies, ROK-001 demonstrated great efficacy in a multitude of cancer models including pancreatic, melanoma, kidney, bladder, and breast, some in as early as seven days post-oral treatment. Aside from efficacy information, ROK-001 was specifically formulated for oral delivery that not only demonstrated nice biodistribution, but it also revealed that ROK-001 can cross the blood-brain barrier in mice. This discovery led to the decision to target brain cancers.

ROKiT Pharma hopes to fast track this relatively low-toxicity drug for patients with the most deadly cancers. With any proven efficacy in the Phase 1b clinical trial, the FDA may allow an immediate Phase 2 trial to start with an expanded cohort and patient population.

Upon IND approval of ROK-001, the company plans to make the drug available for "Compassionate Use" as is now allowed under the "Right To Try Act" that President Trump signed in 2018.

ROKiT Pharma is presently designing and planning a manufacturing facility (or contract manufacturing facility) in Puerto Rico to act as an established hub for global distribution.

"As the ROKiT brand's awareness continues to grow through our global sports sponsorships - ROKiT Williams Racing Formula 1, ROKiT Venturi Racing Formula E, the Houston Rockets, the Las Vegas Raiders - we are elated to be aggressively entering the pharmaceutical marketplace," said Jonathan Kendrick, co-founder of ROKiT.

The company is optimistic that ROK-001 will move straight into at least one Phase 2 trial and is currently adding philanthropic investors to its capital base.

Top of Mind gives loan originators must-have text messaging capabilities with SurefireCRM Power Messaging

ATLANTA, Ga. /ScoopCloud/ -- Top of Mind Networks (Top of Mind), a leader in customer relationship management (CRM) and marketing automation software for the mortgage lending industry, today announced the release of Power Messaging, a feature that enables SurefireCRM users to deliver high-touch text communication to consumers at scale.

Power Messaging makes it easy for loan originators (LOs) to engage prospects and customers with personal and timely text message communications. LOs control when, to whom and under which circumstances messages are sent. For instance, text messages may be sent to individual recipients or to groups of contacts; they may be deployed on a one-off or recurring basis; and they can be pushed immediately or scheduled for future deployment. LOs can even automate text communication with conditional rules and advanced workflows.

Power Messaging enables delivery of long-form messages with rich content. For instance, text messages can be customized with dynamic content, multimedia and external links. Power Messaging does not require recipients to download any apps, subscribe to a cellular data plan or acquire new technology skills. LOs can receive and respond to text messages from a dedicated chat window within the SurefireCRM platform.

"The ability to communicate with consumers on a personal level, on their preferred device, is just as critical to loan officers as being able to reach broad audiences through social media and email," said Top of Mind Chief Creative Officer Sherwood Lawrence. "At Top of Mind, we take people personally. Power Messaging is not a chat bot. What we've done is scale the person behind the process, so that loan officers can meaningfully engage consumers while growing and managing their sales pipelines."

About Top of Mind Networks:

Founded in 2003, Atlanta-based Top of Mind Networks (https://www.topofmind.com) has grown from a bootstrapped post-close, follow-up solution into the leading CRM/marketing automation firm in the mortgage industry. Their Surefire platform is widely regarded as the gold standard in enterprise CRM, automating best practice throughout a borrower's prospect-to-repeat-customer lifecycle.
